Research And Practice Of Future Rural Tourism Service Design From The Perspective Of Social Innovation

Rural revitalization is an important part of promoting agricultural and rural modernization to realize Chinese-style modernization."Future Village" is a brand-new exploration of rural construction and development in Zhejiang in the new era.Integrating design into rural revitalization is an important path for rural development.Service design based on the perspective of social innovation can coordinate the needs of various stakeholders in rural development and establish better social relations in rural construction.At the same time,it can stimulate the subjectivity and sense of participation of villagers,activate rural characteristic culture,stimulate rural vitality,and achieve sustainable development.Therefore,exploring and discovering a forwardlooking future rural agricultural tourism service design system that is in line with the actual situation in the countryside contains greater social value.First of all,by comparing the theories of social innovation design and service design,the article can find that there is a close relationship between them.When design is involved in social innovation,methods and tools of service design are usually used.However,the connotation,principles,and process of service design from the perspective of social innovation have been extended to a certain extent.Among them,at the connotation level,it has been upgraded from purely service-oriented design to building better social relationships;at the principle level,the characteristics of service design collaboration have been strengthened,and the small,local,open,and interconnected services covered by the SLOC context have been added.principles;at the process level,steps of scale and systematic redesign have been added.At the same time,different internal driving forces of social innovation determine that social innovation has different models.On this basis,through the analysis of various social innovation models,combined with the extension of service design theory from the perspective of social innovation,a theoretical framework of social innovation empowering service design that is linked up and down is constructed.Secondly,from the three dimensions of service content,stakeholders,and contact points,the future rural agricultural tourism service content system is studied in depth,and on the basis of analyzing rural agricultural tourism service cases,the contact points of future rural agricultural tourism services are sorted out.Finally,combining the constructed theoretical framework of service design from the perspective of social innovation with the contact points in the content of future rural agricultural tourism services,systematically researched the design methods of future rural agricultural tourism services from the perspective of social innovation,and described in detail The specific design method corresponding to each contact point in the service process is described,and the supporting theory and design principles corresponding to the design method of the contact point of rural agricultural tourism in the future are expounded.On the basis of theoretical research,the innovative design principles,methods and processes are applied to the service innovation of agricultural tourism in Wangcunkou Village,Suichang,Zhejiang.Through a detailed investigation of Wangcunkou Village,the actual pain points and contact points of the rural tourism services in the village were analyzed.Based on this,the innovative design scheme of agricultural tourism service in Wangcunkou Village is constructed,which verifies the feasibility of the future rural service design system design from the perspective of social innovation.It is hoped that the research on future rural agricultural tourism service design from the perspective of social innovation proposed in this article can provide reference for people to carry out relevant rural development research and practice in the future.While following the development of the times,respecting rural culture,and protecting rural ecology,we examine the unique value of the countryside from the perspective of design,integrate rural resources,establish a scientific design framework,and clarify specific design methods.The establishment of digital interconnection and ecological cocreation can stimulate the hidden power of the countryside and the future rural agricultural tourism development model that the people love to see.
