Yongxing was a famous calligrapher in the middle of the Qing Dynasty.His calligraphy was loved by his father,Emperor Qianlong,and his brother,Emperor Jiaqing.Yongyan was also promoting the influence of his calligraphy with the respect of the emperor.He,together with Weng Fanggang,Liu Yong,and Tie Bao,was known as the four masters in the middle of the Qing Dynasty.This paper combs the friendship,calligraphy environment,calligraphy theory,calligraphy style and the influence on that time and future generations of Yong Europe calligraphy.By analyzing the origin of the first four parts of Yong Europe,it summarizes the influence of its special royal identity on his calligraphy style,and takes this opportunity to spy on the learning situation of the royal children in the Qing Dynasty.Re-evaluate the special position and contribution of Yongyu in the promotion of Tang steles,and his role as a link between the preceding and the following in the royal calligraphy,especially its tracing back to the Jin and Tang dynasties,and its influence on calligraphers such as Qigong.Finally,it summarizes the significance of the interaction between the royal family and the literati for the inheritance of calligraphy culture and the limitations of the royal family’s calligraphy view.
