| Developing Variation is an important composition technique in Western art and music. It enables the development of melodic themes to have a solid structural unity, rich contour changes, and the development momentum of moving clouds and flowing water. It is the landmark composition technique of Johannes Brahms(1833-1897).The author hopes to analyze and study Brahms’ writing techniques of expansionary variation, analyze his writing ideas, and learn how to develop and change the texture, rhythm, harmony, and tonality on the basis of retaining the important characteristics of the theme,so as to achieve an effect that adheres to the theme but also changes and enriches it.However,it also appears to be extremely "economical" in the original material of music, avoiding tedious repetition.Subsequently, the author combines her own creation to apply unfolding variations to strengthen her own creative ability and directly reflect it in music works. |
