National folk dance is a common cultural phenomenon in the current society.In the course of its development and change for thousands of years,it has formed a unique personality and unique body.Chinese ethnic and folk dance is bred and developed in traditional folk culture.It is an important course in dance major.It not only carries the teaching purpose of developing body vocabulary and training technical ability,but also shoulders the important task of inheriting excellent national culture.In recent years,terms such as "original ecological dance" and "intangible cultural heritage dance" have emerged along with the emergence of "original ecological culture",which has become a hot topic in the current dance circle.This is enough to show people’s affirmation of the concept of "original ecology".However,how to put "original ecology" into practice and combine it with the class of national folk dance,so that it is no longer an ethereal concept.But from the practical action to inherit the excellent national culture,this is a problem worth thinking and discussing.Centering on Chinese ethnic folk dance,this paper puts forward the teaching concept of "original consciousness" on the basis of the current situation of classroom teaching of ethnic folk dance,and probes into the concrete implementation methods and practical value of the concept of "original consciousness" in the classroom teaching of ethnic folk dance,providing new ideas and methods for the classroom teaching of ethnic folk dance.
