Research On The Social Inheritance Of Traditional Handicrafts

Traditional handicraft is the embodiment of cultural history and the crystallization of people’s wisdom.Among them,Jiangsu is a large handicraft Province,not only has a wide range of handicrafts and great influence,but also its number of employees and relevant protection policies are in the forefront of the country.Therefore,the scope of this study is limited to the arts and crafts industry in Jiangsu Province,involving the traditional handicrafts with strong local characteristics,mainly made by hand,and inherited for more than 100 years with certain influence.Strictly speaking,the social inheritance and family inheritance of traditional handicrafts are not the same type.The generalized form of social inheritance can also be seen in enterprises,colleges,temples and other systems.The main research topic of this paper is the social inheritance mode,and the traditional handicraft cases analyzed mainly involve Jiangsu Province.Based on the overall analysis of social inheritance in different historical periods,this paper summarizes various modes of inheritance and development of traditional handicrafts in social changes.First of all,the historical mode of agricultural society is analyzed,and the inheritance form of this period has traditional inheritance.Through the research on the official and private handicraft industry,family handicraft industry,religious handicraft industry in the history of agricultural society,and the system of wulegong name and craftsman’s status that affect the inheritance of handicraft industry,this paper reveals the formation and characteristics of the relevant inheritance ways in various handicraft forms.Secondly,the paper analyzes the inheritance mode from modern to reform and opening up period and the main inheritance mode of contemporary society,in which the new emerging of these times are studied: schools,school,School of communication,factory run technical school,enterprise industry,art museum and Research Institute,and analyzes the new characteristics of family,teachers and apprentices.Therefore,the paper further analyzes the new factors influencing the inheritance and development of traditional handicrafts in contemporary society,including technology,materials,technology and economy,cultural policies and professional education.This paper aims to provide theoretical guidance for improving the inheritance mechanism of handicraft and selecting the appropriate inheritance methods,and providing reference for people to formulate relevant protection countermeasures.
