When Su Shi became a member of politicians in his youth,he began his ups and downs political life for more than 40 years which enriched his life experience greatly.As a great literary figure of the Song Dynasty,Su Shi has made great achievements in literature,with more than 2,700 poems and more than 300 lyrics that have been passed down to the present day.His deeds and literary reputation were almost a household name in the Song Dynasty.There are many records related to this in the Song Dynasty Notes,which span Su Shi’s life and involve many aspects of his life and living,reconstructing a flesh-and-blood image of Su Shi for us.The introduction part first defines the connotation of "Su Shi’s image" and "Song Dynasty Notes",then makes a statistic about Su Shi’s notes in the Song Dynasty notes and presents it in the form of a table,and finally introduces the research status,research significance and research methods on Su Shi’s image.The first chapter mainly discusses the characteristics of Su Shi’s image in Song Dynasty Notes and briefly analyzes the reasons for forming these characteristics.The characteristics of Su Shi’s image in Song Dynasty’s notes are mainly manifested in four aspects: "humorous and funny,generous and benevolent","not admiring glory and profit,easy-going and liberal","good teacher and friend,caring for the younger generation","outstanding,diligent and eager to learn".The second chapter explores the perspectives and techniques of Song Dynasty Notes in portraying the image of Su Shi.First of all,analyze from the three perspectives of appellation,external image,and internal spirit.Specifically,Song people seldom called Su Shi directly in the notes,but instead used titles such as characters,numbers,places of origin,and official positions,from which we can see the respect and admiration of Song people for Su Shi.The Song Dynasty Notes also highlighted the image characteristics of Su Shi’s simplicity,cheerfulness,and people-oriented attitude through the description of Su Shi’s clothing,appearance,and demeanor,as well as the description of Su Shi’s inner spirit.Then concluded that the Song people’s methods of shaping Su Shi’s image are contrast and exaggeration.The third chapter mainly reflects Su Shi’s image through the comparison of Song Dynasty’s notes and Su Shi’s poems.First,summarize the self-image in Su Shi’s poems,which can be roughly divided into four aspects: "happy and comfortable","concerned about the country and the people","humorous" and "deep in love".Then compare the image of Su Shi in the notes with the image of Su Shi in Su Shi’s poems,and analyze the specific differences between the two.Through the above research,we can have a more comprehensive understanding of the image of Su Shi in Song Dynasty Notes.
