This paper examines the business model and marketing strategies for online watercolor painting education.With the widespread use of the internet and mobile internet,online education has become an increasingly popular way of learning.This study focuses on watercolor painting education and aims to explore how to achieve commercial operation and marketing through online education.Through literature review and on-site investigation,this study analyzes the business model of online watercolor painting education and proposes a business model that centers on courses and is driven by new media social platforms.The courses include beginner,advanced,and senior levels.In addition,this study also explores the marketing strategies for online watercolor painting education.Based on social media and search engine marketing channels,different marketing strategies for brand promotion,course promotion,and user retention in different stages are proposed.At the same time,this study also puts forward a series of market segmentation strategies for different target user groups and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different marketing strategies.Finally,this study summarizes the business model and marketing strategies for online watercolor painting education and discusses its future development direction.The study believes that online watercolor painting education has good commercial and market prospects,and it needs to continuously optimize course content,strengthen community building,and improve user experience in order to achieve sustainable development.
