In the early days of the founding of New China,all kinds of childcare organizations were developed in various places to solve women’s child-rearing problems under the premise of production.However,the establishment and development of childcare organizations are confronted with many challenges.s arising from the group of childcare workers are.Based on this background,in the process of mobilizing the masses,the publicity strategies and emotional infiltration of "accounting" and "inspiration" are used to open up the minds of the masses.The mass line was given high hopes and showed an active role in the development of childcare organizations.Through a series of studies,the nursery group eventually became the "new mother" of socialism.With the acceleration of the socialist construction process,the childcare organization ushered in a climax of development within the people’s commune system,but many problems have also arisen,and eventually it has gone from continuous leap forward to decline.The development of childcare organizations for more than ten years is not only a modern attempt by the country to transform the traditional social childcare culture,but also reflects the methods and methods of national governance in the early days of the founding of New China and its pros and cons.Taking Fujian Province as an example,this paper takes the social mobilization and value transformation as the research perspective,and explores the multiple aspects of the emergence and development of childcare organizations,in order to deepen our overall understanding of the early days of the founding of New China,and hope to contribute to the development and development of contemporary women.Childcare offers some lessons.
