A Study On Identity In Ye Guangqin’s Ethnic Writing

Ye Guangqin is a Manchu female writer who has been actively engaged in contemporary literature since the 1990 s.Her family novels were famous for a while,and at the same time,she had many identities in her,including descendants of the Manchu nobility(descendants of Ye Henala),ethnic minority writers,female writers,vice chairman of the Writers Association,and representative of the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Congress...Therefore,this paper attempts to examine Ye Guangqin’s personal experience and carefully read her works to explore the deep national emotions and creative mentality behind her works,In order to explore the identity construction consciousness that writers demonstrate in their creations.Therefore,this paper takes "ethnic writing" as the guiding principle for the entire text,and takes the concept of "identity" as the theoretical basis.The first chapter mainly discusses the ethnic characteristics of Ye Guangqin’s literary creation from the perspective of ethnic writing.As a writer based on Manchu creation,Ye Guangqin has always silently observed the traditional culture,living conditions,and spiritual world of the Manchu people.The most unique is her aristocratic descendant identity,which adds a unique cultural atmosphere to her family novels and is a genuine Manchu literature.The second chapter attempts to find fragments of awakening of national identity consciousness.Firstly,because almost all of her family novels are reminiscent narratives,the process of recalling is the process of pursuing identity,which is discussed from two aspects: individual and group.Secondly,because she stands in the present and reminisces about the past,there is a sense of collision with the times,which is also an important reason for her identity loss.Finally,when she faced confusion and confusion,an identity crisis naturally formed,which was expressed in her symptomatic writing.The third chapter focuses on analyzing the construction of identity under this kind of identity expression,breaking through the self limitations of national identity through the reexamination of different identities and the stitching of multiple identities,thus achieving the adherence to community identity.It can be seen that the significance of identity expression is not only limited to the recognition and selection of different identities,but also lies in one’s own reflection on national identity.In summary,this article takes Ye Guangqin’s ethnic writing as an important way,starting from the metaphors behind the words,emotions,and destinies of the characters in the novel,attempting to restore the ethnic history and culture in the novel,and construct the author’s own cultural identity thinking.While paying attention to ethnic writing,we also pay more attention to the identity concept behind it.From the perspective of "identity identification",one party’s interview diagram uses "identity identification" to lead the above topics,presenting a certain degree of identity in identity issues;On the other hand,it aims to examine how Ye Guangqin perceives the multiple meanings and values of identity concepts,and how he determines his identity and stance in various conflicting forces and crises.In the end,he achieved self transcendence of identity through the posture of a "community".
