Research On Coupling Coordination Development Of Cultural And Tourism Industry In Henan Province

With the growth of the national economy,the people’s growing spiritual and cultural needs,and the cultural and tourism industry,which can meet the needs of society at large,has attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.China merged the Ministry of Culture and the National Tourism Administration into the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2018,breaking the barriers to the integration and development of the cultural and tourism industries in China.As the birthplace of the Central Plains civilization and the origin of Chinese historical civilization,Henan Province has rich historical and cultural resources and tourism resources,and the development of culture and tourism has become a growth point of the province’s economic development.Therefore,this paper studies the coupled and coordinated development of cultural and tourism industries in various regions of Henan Province,with a view to the high-quality development of Henan’s cultural and tourism industries.This paper summarizes the relevant concepts of cultural industry and tourism industry by combing relevant literature,explains the theoretical basis needed for this research and analyzes the coupling dynamics of cultural industry and tourism industry.This paper addresses the current situation of the development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Henan Province,combines industry integration theory,system coupling theory and industry chain theory,takes 18 provincial cities in Henan Province as the object,selects 20 index data of cultural industry and tourism industry in Henan Province from 2010 to 2019,constructs the index system of comprehensive development level of cultural industry and tourism industry,and uses coupling coordination degree model to The coupled coordination relationship between cultural industry and tourism industry is measured,and the graphical analysis is assisted by Arc GIS software.The main conclusions are as follows.(1)The comprehensive score of tourism industry development level of all cities in Henan Province from 2010 to 2019 shows an upward trend and the development speed is fast.From the point of view of spatial pattern,the spatial pattern of the middle high and the north and south developed into the middle high and the surrounding low.The overall development level of cultural industry in cities in Henan province rose from 2010 to 2015,while the development level of cultural industry in some regions decreased from 2015 to 2019.From the perspective of spatial pattern,it develops from high on both sides and low in the middle to high on both sides and low in the middle.(2)The coupling degree of each city in Henan Province does not change much in 10 years and all of them are in the antagonistic stage,and the overall coupling degree level of cultural industry and tourism industry is low.2010 Puyang City ranks first in the coupling degree of cultural industry and tourism industry,and the coupling coordination degree level is in the antagonistic stage except Jiyuan City.2015 Kaifeng City ranks first in the coupling degree of cultural industry and tourism industry,and each city coupling In 2019,Luohe City ranked first in coupling and coordination of cultural and tourism industries,and all cities were at the antagonistic stage.(3)The coupling and coordination development level of cultural industry and tourism industry of each city in Henan Province from 2010 to 2015,except for Hebi City,where the coupling and coordination degree declined,all cities have increased to different degrees,and from 2015 to 2019,except for Anyang,where the coupling and coordination degree of each city has decreased,all cities have increased.2010-2019,the coupling and coordination degree of each city has developed from being in a state of disorder to being in a state of disorder,except for Pingdingshan,Anyang,Nanyang,Puyang and Hebi.Puyang,Hebi and the rest of the cities are in a coordinated state.From the spatial pattern,the spatial pattern developed from high northeast and southeast in 2010 to high east-west.Finally,based on the above conclusions through the coupling study of cultural industry and tourism industry in Henan Province,the suggestions of playing the role of government,highlighting regional advantages,focusing on talent training and increasing publicity are proposed.
