| In the Middle Mongolian literature mainly includes Uighur Mongolian,?Phags-pa script,Chinese characters and Arabic phonetic documents.Among them,?Phags-pa and transliterated Chinese characters clearly record the language conditions of the Middle Mongolian language,reflecting the phonetic characterristics of the time,leaving precious language materials for later generations.From the perspective of phonetic recording alone,the Uighur Mongolian is not obvious,because it is difficult to distinguish some specific phonetic differences from the Uighur Mongolian,and there may even be confusion.Although the Mongolian documents marked by Arabic characters can reflect the phonetic characteristics of the time,they are influenced by dialects.Therefore,?Phags-pa script and the transliterated Chinese characters in The Secret History of the Mongols are materials that can accurately reflect the phonetic situation of Mongolian at that time.In this paper,?Phags-pa script and the transliterated Chinese characters in The Secret History of the Mongols are selected as the research objects,and their specific situations in marking Mongolian are systematically sorted out and deeply analyzed,and the marking characteristics of these two characters in recording the sounds of Middle Mongolian are revealed.This paper consists of introduction,text,conclusion,reference.The introduction part mainly introduces the reason of topic selection,research significance,research status,research methods,material sources and related explanations.The text is composed of three parts.The first part mainly describes the Mongolian phonetic situation marked by?Phags-pa script.The second part mainly describes the Mongolian phonetic situation of transliterated Chinese characters in The Secret History of the Mongols.The third part makes a comparison between ?Phags-pa script character and the transliterated Chinese characters in The Secret History of the Mongols about marking the phonetic features of the Middle Mongolian language,and reveals the similarities and differences between them.The conclusion part summarizes the whole text.The references list the works to which this article refers. |
