To explore the effectiveness of five elements music therapy combined with relaxation training,single use of five elements music therapy and single use of relaxation training on improving anxiety of college students and compare the efficacy of three intervention programs.The psychological and physiological indicators of the three groups of college students were compared,so as to more comprehensively and accurately reflect the changes in the anxiety level of college students before and after the intervention,so as to provide a more effective way to relieve the anxiety of college students and improve their mental health.This study adopted the experimental design of measurement before and after,and selected 106 college students from a university in Nanchang as the research object,randomly divided into four groups: Five elements music therapy combined with relaxation training group,five elements music therapy only used five elements music group,relaxation training group only used relaxation training group and no intervention control group.Traditional Chinese medicine health "Heaven Yun Five Xingle" published by Beijing Higher Education Press and relaxation training audio integrated under the guidance of professionals were selected as audio materials,and the intervention was carried out twice a week for 6 weeks.With the combination of subjective and objective methods,the self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating Symptom Scale(SCL-90),self-measuring sleep quality and heart rate were used as observation indexes to observe the changes of psychological and physiological indexes of the subjects before and after the intervention,and then analyzed.In this study,106 college students from a university in Nanchang were selected as subjects and randomly divided into four groups: the combination group of five elements music therapy combined with relaxation training,the single use of five elements music therapy,the single use of relaxation training and group and the relaxation training group,the difference was statistically significant,while there was no significant difference in the control group.Pairwise comparison between groups showed that the difference between the combination group,the five elements music group and the relaxation training group was statistically significant compared with the control group,and the results were better than the control group.The difference between the combination group,the five elements music group and the relaxation training group was statistically significant,and the result was better than the relaxation training group.But there was no significant difference between the combination group and the five elements music group.2.The score of SCL-90 in combination group,five elements music group and relaxation training group decreased significantly before and after comparison,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group.3.The sleep quality self-test scores of the combination group,the five elements music group and the relaxation training group were significantly improved before and after comparison,and the difference was statistically significant,while there was no significant difference in the control group.Pairwise comparison between groups showed that the difference between the combination group,the five elements music group and the relaxation training group was statistically significant compared with the control group,and the results were better than the control group.But there was no significant difference between the combination group,the five elements music group and the relaxation training group.4.The heart rate of the three groups before and after 12 interventions decreased significantly in combination group,five elements music group and relaxation training group,and the differences were statistically significant.Based on the above research results,this study draws the following conclusions: Five elements music therapy combined with relaxation training,single use of five elements music therapy and single use of relaxation training can effectively improve the anxiety level and sleep quality of college students,and reduce the heart rate of college students.The combined group and the five-element music group showed better improvement effect on anxiety level than the relaxation training group,but the improvement effect of the three groups on sleep quality needs further study. |
