| The Five Heroes of Langya Mountain is a solo of pipa composed by Mr.Lv Shaoen in the1960 s,based on the story of a battle on Langya Mountain in Yixian County,Hebei Province during the War against Japanese Aggression.Based on the characteristics of Sheng and the author’s learning and performance experience,the author transplanted this piece to Sheng.The author will analyze the performance characteristics of Sheng,composition background,artistic conception,and musical structure of Memories of Langya Mountain to expound the theme of this paper. |
