| Frederick Francois Chopin is synonymous with romanticism in the history of music. In the short thirty-nine years, almost all of his works are written for the piano, including preludes, etudes, narratives, impromptu, scherzos, sonatas and other genres,During his lifetime,he has created more than 200 works,Perhaps because his piano works are too dazzling, his artistic songs are often ignored.Chopin’s art songs were mostly created with his Warsaw compatriots at parties in Paris or in private music salons. When Chopin was alive, these art songs were not published, but were collected and sorted by his close friend Julian Fontana after his death.According to the 2001 edition of the New Grove Dictionary of Music and Musicians, the creation of Chopin’s artistic songs can be divided into two periods in terms of time: Warsaw and Paris. The Warsaw period’s "What Young Girls Love" expresses the beautiful expectation of love. The Paris period’s "Sad River" closely links the Polish national spirit and heroism,The two pieces of music were created by Chopin through different life bands, and the creation style was very different, which also reflected Chopin’s different cognition, perception and thought expression of life and the world.Art songs are an important part of Chopin’s creation field, but there are few studies on Chopin’s art songs. This is not only the lack of Chopin’s music works, but also a great regret of art songs. For this reason, the author takes the two songs "What the Young Girl Loves" and "The Sad River" as the main body of analysis, discusses its artistic characteristics and singing style, and hopes to study the music creation process and work characteristics of Chopin’s art songs in different periods, analyze the singing style of Chopin’s art songs, compare and analyze different versions of singing and integrate their own singing treatment,So as to summarize the singing treatment of Chopin’s art songs "What the Young Girl Loves" and "The Sad River",and provide valuable reference for later singers who are interested in Chopin’s art songs. |
