Practical Research On Integrating Guizhou Culture Into Rural Revitalizatio

Regional culture is a culture formed by the unique geographical relationship of a region and is an endogenous local cultural resource.Guizhou regional culture was born in the practice of rural reform in Guizhou province and is the spiritual driving force for the people of Guizhou province to fight against the harsh natural environment,improve their living conditions and move towards the road to prosperity.In the context of rural revitalization,we should make full use of its spiritual culture and material culture to promote the promotion of regional rural revitalization.Taking cultural function theory,poverty culture theory and endogenous development theory as the theoretical perspectives,this study carried out a case study of Haique Village in the northwest of Guizhou by in-depth interview method,participatory observation method and questionnaire survey method,aiming to study the practical mechanism and practical effect reflection of the integration of local culture into rural revitalization of Haique Village.The study finds that(1)The reason why the local culture of Haique Village can be integrated into its rural revitalization process lies in the unique cultural ecological environment of the place that cultivates the spiritual temperament and regional character of the people of "not admitting defeat,not accepting poverty","selfimprovement and hard struggle",which can effectively dissolve the regional poverty culture,enhance the self-efficacy of the masses,and provide cultural value and practical significance for the villagers to participate in the development of the village;(2)The local culture of Haique Village is used for rural revitalization through three mechanisms: "cultural aspirations,awareness enhancement,and cultural reproduction".The first two mechanisms are to use spiritual culture to help villagers increase their consciousness and promote the development of villages by stimulating the main value of villagers;The latter is to directly promote rural development through the development and utilization of material culture and promote economic development through cultural inheritance.Finally,based on the questionnaire,some problems in the process of promoting rural revitalization of local culture in Puffin Village were proposed,including the gradual indifference of rural culture and local atmosphere,the slow improvement of cultural and educational level,the insufficient confidence and ability of villagers to participate in rural revitalization,and the relatively imperfect construction of public culture.Based on the actual situation of village development,it is proposed(1)to cultivate a new normal of rural culture based on the needs of the masses;(2)Vigorously develop education and enhance the cultural literacy of villagers;(3)Enhance the inner self-confidence and development ability of villagers;(4)Suggestions on countermeasures to improve public cultural services and enrich cultural life,and provide a research dimension that can be used for reference for promoting rural revitalization with regional cultural characteristics and local resource value.
