A Study On The Memory Factors In Francis Bacon’s Painting Creation

As a world famous artist in the 20 th century,Francis Bacon’s works of art are of great aesthetic value,but also bring the audience a great shock and different emotional perception.In the process of research,the author found that Bacon did not simply reproduce visual images in the creation process,he especially relied on the use of his own experience,and the memory factor became an indispensable factor in his paintings.And then on the basis of this change,emphasis on personal emotions and contingency.Through combing the literature,the author discovered in the interview of bacon,bacon for have been affected by family and society together,made him the most memory is abused,negative factors,such as abuse,violence,war,this also prompted him to in the future work loose a lot of violence and terrorist elements similar sentiment,make the author became interested.Therefore,this paper first focuses on the relationship between memory itself,memory factors and painting;Secondly,the influence of Bacon’s representative events in different periods is recalled.The correlation between Bacon’s paintings and memory in different periods is analyzed,and the authenticity of Bacon’s paintings is further explained through the changes of Bacon’s creative ideas under the influence of memory factors,especially his understanding of the relationship between "image" and "concrete".Again,the bacon in the painting techniques,style,through the analysis of the images of bacon,bacon’s creation idea and work style of the author,the influence of understanding memory on the mutual relationship between the consciousness of painting,and further into their understanding of the painting creation and the relationship between the memory,so that they can show their own unique style in the creation,In this way,I hope my creation will reach new heights.Through the above investigation of the understanding of the relationship between Bacon,memory and style,I can further think about the relationship between creation and memory,hoping to further understand the relationship between memory factors and painting through my own efforts.
