| Zhuang Zi has not been properly solved yet, such as the time of its completion, the characters of its compilation, and when and by whom the chapters were divided. However, the research on the completion of the book is the premise of grasping the thought of Zhuang Zi,and its importance is self-evident.Based on the study of the former sages, this paper tries to solve the problem of the book of Zhuangzi. This paper is divided into four chapters:In the first chapter,by studying historical documents such as Records of the Grand Historian and the Book of Han as well as the text of Zhuangzi, combined with previous research results, the identity information of Zhuangzi is carefully researched. The study believed that Zhuangzi was a native of the Song Dynasty. In his early years,he had traveled to various countries and extensively studied various academic fields in the process of academic exchanges with other schools.Later,he was exiled in Chu due to the internal unrest of the Song Dynasty.Chapter 2 by analyzing the text of "the world",for "" the world " chuang tzu" point of view, according to the " chuang tzu " article and article writing style, theme have different ideas, combined with the world only record " mohism division " and " Zhuang Xue division " is not specified, this phenomenon further deduce the world early from outside noise,And the original version of Zhuangzi had only seven chapters. In addition,it researched that the Stolen Zhi in the miscellany originated from the Fourth Language Cluster written by Guo Dian and Chu Jane, and further confirmed the codification date of Tianxia, thus presuming that the seven chapters were written by Zhuang Zi and written by hand.According to the relevant situation of Han slips in Fuyang and the relevant text contents of Guanzi and Lu’s Spring and Autumn Annals,it is concluded that Zhuangzi was compiled by Zhuangzi’s later studies in Jixia. The third chapter,by combining the relevant literature and the views of the former sages, judges that Zhuangzi was written in the Han Dynasty.According to the chapter division rules of Yan Zi and Mencius and the related discussion on Zhuang Zi in the Book of Han,it is determined that Liu Xiang is the one who divided Zhuang Zi into chapters.Based on the relevant records of Yan Zi’s Books and the fact that Tianxia is placed at the end of the book,it is further concluded that Liu Xiang divided the inner chapters on the basis of Tianxia. The fourth chapter takes the structure of Yan Zi divided into one inner part and two outer parts as reference, and deduces that Zhuang Zi was divided into one inner part and two different outer parts although there were no other parts in Liu Xiang’s time.Combined with the phenomenon of miscellaneous texts in the footnotes of Sima Biao, the author thinks that the structure of the book Zhuangzi has been three parts: inner, outer and miscellaneous at the latest.By comparing the content of miscellaneous texts with the inner texts, and combining with the use of "miscellaneous" in the Annals of The Three Kingdoms and the Book of Jin,the author further research that "miscellaneous" does not mean miscellaneous, but means "informal" and "other",and the miscellaneous texts should be interpreted as "not written by Zhuang Zi". |
