A Study On The Intentional Mental Process And Its Reell Content

The purpose of this thesis is to study intentionality experience and actual item content in Husserl’s phenomenological intentionality analysis.The whole of Husserl’s Studies in Logic expound on problems related to cognition,and in particular in the sixth study,he devoted all his attention to the phenomenological clarification of the various elements of cognition.However,cognitive behavior is conscious behavior,which is related to the coincidence and identity between thinking behavior and intuition,and is the condition that intentional behavior of consciousness is enriched or unreal.As the foundation of conscious behavior,it refers to the image or judgment of consciousness about the object of consciousness or consciousness itself,that is,an object or state of affairs appears in conscious behavior and becomes the achievement of cognition.In the fifth study of Logical Studies,Husserl also clearly defined this conscious behavior as intentional experience.Through Husserl’s retrospection approach,that is,starting from the cognition of various states of affairs,back to consciousness’ s cognition of itself and how consciousness constructs the process of state of affairs,it can be determined that the fifth study is the foundation for the sixth study.The fifth logic reveals the origin and mystery of Husserl’s phenomenology to a large extent.As we all know,phenomenology is to face the reality itself,which is the perception,feeling,will,emotion and so on itself.They are the things contained in the unconditional and innate universality as pure individuality,or they can only be discerned on the basis of the pure intuitive grasp of the essence genus and essence class.Such things are clear knowledge clarified and confirmed by pure experience.Through mapping or reflection,the reality can be intuitively given,so the reality itself has the characteristics of clarity.In the analysis of intention,a further exploration of the fact itself will find that the fact given becomes the content of the actual item in consciousness,that is,the fact given of the actual item.In the period of Logical Studies,the fact given of the actual item is absolutely the thing given.The internal awareness of what is given cannot be separated from the activity of consciousness,that is,the intentional experience of consciousness.As long as the activities that take place in consciousness,such as perception,image consciousness,imagination consciousness,guess,pleasure,hope,etc.,are conscious experiences,it is the highest genus constituting the object of phenomenological study.Phenomenological epistemology is possible because perception in universal experience is regarded as a purely intuitive and grasped object,but the grasp of perception is ultimately consciousness’ s experience of the actual contents.Therefore,the first chapter of this paper first clarifies the concepts of consciousness and intentional experience,and then makes a conscious concept equivalent to intentional experience in the diversity of consciousness.The purpose is to find out the clear and demonstrable concept needed by phenomenology and determine the essential composition of intentional experience.Consciousness is the most central concept and subject in Husserl’s phenomenology,so Husserl’s phenomenology is also called phenomenology of consciousness.Conscious behavior runs through the whole of Husserl’s philosophy,and is the foundation of the construction of all realistic ideas and the inevitable starting point of philosophy.Intentionality is the fundamental nature of consciousness,so consciousness is always about something.Consciousness is experienced in itself as it is,whether it points to objects or constructs them,so to experience is to experience content.The second chapter expounds the experience of conscious object.The experience of conscious content can be divided into the experience of actual items and the experience of intention,that is,the content of actual items and the content of intention,which is divided from the essential factors of intentional experience.The content of real items is the material of consciousness,which is defined and controlled by the activity of intention,so the material of consciousness and the activity of consciousness jointly constitute the sum of the content of real items.In the comparison between the content of real items and the content of intention,the content of intention is transcendent and based on the content of real items,so the real item is the more authentic content and the first content.By comparing the content of intention with the content of actual item,the originality of the content of actual item in the link of phenomenological cognition is highlighted.The third chapter clarifies the relationship between the intended experience and the actual item content by retrospecting,and concludes that the intended experience and the actual item content belong to the same genus.Intention experience and real item content are already in the stage of phenomenological-psychological reduction.Further retrospection of this reduction confirms that consciousness’ s understanding of itself is the starting point of all cognition,and confirms again that real item content has absolute givenniss.
