There are many versions of "Shanglin Futu" written by Qiu Ying that have survived to this day,and there are also great differences between the paintings and ancient books, there are many doubts, the authenticity is difficult to distinguish, and the level of the paintings is uneven.Taking the research of "Shanglin Futu" in the collection of the Freer Museum of Art and the enlightenment of the creation of the "Silk Road" group paintings as the core topic, this paper sorts out the circulation of the various "Shanglin Futu" written by Qiu Ying in this biography through reviewing literature and image materials, and determines the theoretical basis for the in-depth analysis of Flierben’s "Shanglin Futu" according to the appreciation theory of "determining its superiority".The creation of the "Silk Road" series of landscape long scroll group paintings originated from Frielben’s "Shanglin Futu",which was gradually deduced, diverged and practiced by the author based on the research and association of his creative method.Through the summary of sketches and works of the ancient land Silk Road in Gansu during graduate studies, the re-creation of the long scroll form is carried out.The whole paper conducts gradual and in-depth research from three aspects, firstly, through the close reading and comparison of the text and pictures of "Shanglin Fu" and "Shanglin Futu",to explore the connection and difference between the two in the process of re-creation of painting forms based on literary works, and then analyze the layout design and composition of painting works. Then, the various types of painting images depicted in the scroll are classified, the specific expression techniques of each image are classified and analyzed, and the results of the analysis of these techniques are applied in creative practice. Finally,I will elaborate on my creative practice process and experience based on my sketches on the Silk Road on the ancient land in Gansu. |
