Research On The Park Competitiveness Evaluation Of Putian Arts And Crafts City Base On The Diamond Model

Industrial park is a gathering area of industrial development and an important carrier of local economic development,which has made important contribution to the development of national economy during the decades of reform and opening up;arts and crafts industry is a traditional dominant industry in China,whose annual output value is about RMB 3 trillion,which is an important force to promote national economic growth.In recent years,with the transformation of national economic growth mode and the rapid development of Internet industry,industrial parks are facing the transformation pressure of gradual digital and standardized development,and the traditional arts and crafts industry is also facing the development pressure of better inheritance and innovation;while industrial parks dominated by arts and crafts are bearing the above double pressure in the development,and their competitiveness deserves academic attention and discussion.Putian city is one of the representative cities for the development of arts and crafts industry in Fujian Province,and Putian arts and crafts city is a very representative arts and crafts industrial park in Putian City.This paper takes Putian arts and crafts city as the research object and commits itself to the research of its park and competitiveness.First,with the diamond model and its six elements as a framework,in combination with literature analysis and field work,systematically sorted out the competitive elements of Putian arts and crafts city park;next,based on these elements and combined with expert opinions,4 first-level indicators of its competitiveness evaluation are formed: production environment factors,demand environment factors and benefits,strategic management elements and business environment elements,12second-level indicators and 39 third-level indicators;then,the weight of the index of each level was calculated by hierarchical analysis,constructed the park competitiveness evaluation index system;last,to evaluate the competitiveness of the park by using the grey multi-level evaluation method,calculate the comprehensive competitiveness value of the park and the sub-item competitiveness value of each first and second-level index,the competitive advantages and disadvantages of the park are analyzed.It is found that the comprehensive competitiveness value of Putian arts and crafts city is3.5132,and the grey grade is good;the industrial maturity,software and hardware,and cultural heritage of the park are its competitive advantages,while the marketing mode,technological innovation and operation management in strategic management elements are the competitive disadvantages;several competitiveness improvement strategies are proposed,including:expanding the marketing mode with new media,creating "arts and crafts +" to promote technological innovation of the park,constructing information platform to improve the quality of park management.These research results can provide some practical reference for the development of Putian arts and crafts city,and can also provide feasible theoretical reference for the development of other arts and crafts industrial parks.
