Research On The Construction Of Ideological Security From The Perspective Of National Governance Modernization

The third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee stated that the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform is to improve and develop the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and modernize China’s system and capacity for governance.At the fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out a series of advantages of China to define the goal and direction of promoting the modernization of national governance.Modernizing China’s system and capacity for governance is a key step for the Party to lead the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in working together to achieve the "Two Centenary Goals" and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.At the present stage,China’s reform has entered a deep water stage,with accelerated structural transformation and prominent social contradictions.It is urgent to solve the dilemma of ideology and actively play the role of ideology to escort the modernization of national governance.Therefore,the construction of ideological security should also be the meaning of promoting the modernization of national governance as a whole.Based on the analysis of the concepts related to the modernization of national governance and ideological security,this paper tries to establish their internal relationship through the analysis of the structure and function of the two,and then completes the logical closed loop of the modernization of national governance and ideological security complementing each other.Then,on the basis of analyzing the opportunities and challenges of ideological security construction in the context of national governance modernization,this paper puts forward the methods of ideological security construction in the current practice of national governance modernization,and establishes the corresponding system and mechanism.Finally,the latest theoretical achievements of the COMMUNIST Party of China are introduced into the direction of the subconscious morphological security construction in the vision of the modernization of national governance,so as to jointly build ideological security in various aspects and escort the modernization of national governance,including the following contents:The first chapter is the background,mainly classified and summarized the researchers’ thoughts and theories,through the theory of national governance modernization,evaluation criteria and path,as well as the connotation,status and dilemma of ideological security research,forming a literature review of national governance modernization and ideological security,to lay a theoretical foundation for the following paper.Theory to analyze the second chapter,the discussed from "governance" to "national management modernization" of historical evolution,on the basis of based on theoretical guidance and practical experience and external reference as the core of the discussion of theoretical basis and with the communist party of China,social thought and the modernization of people as the core of the analysis of the realistic foundation,it is concluded that the connotation of the modernization of China’s national governance.At the same time,the connotation and realistic elements of ideological security are obtained by analyzing the three elements of ideological development,function and foundation stability.On the basis of analyzing the relationship between the modernization of national governance and ideological security,the third chapter further analyzes and clarifies the opportunities and challenges of ideology in the current practice of modernization of national governance.The fourth chapter discusses how to solve the problem,discusses how to solve the problem of the current ideological security from the perspective of Marxist philosophy and The reality of China’s national conditions,and preliminarily discusses the path and long-term mechanism of the construction of subconscious ideological security in the vision of the modernization of national governance.In the fifth chapter,the party’s theoretical achievements in the new era are gathered in the framework of governance modernization and the construction of ideological security,and the positioning of five-in-one in the modernization of national governance and the mutual promotion of the two on this basis are discussed from five levels.
