The formation and development of Japan’s fashion status is closely related to its unique cultural characteristics.Japan’s unique local environment,social development structure and the incoherence of local culture and education have resulted in the formation of hybrid cultural characteristics in Japan,which are characterized by moderate introspection,indifference,external softness and rigidity,refined self-improvement,inclusiveness and openness.It has formed design aesthetics with flaws,clouding,rhythm,Yin and Yang,and humanity as the core.Under the guidance of unique cultural characteristics,in the era when Western culture dominates the fashion stage,Japan has gradually formed a fashion culture combining Oriental ethnic and dimensional characteristics to compete with Western fashion,from imitating traditional American style to seeking independent innovation.Since the Tokyo avant-garde figures emerged in Paris,Japan established the "Tokyo Designers Committee",the street young people continue to promote the spread of fashion subculture,Japan smoothly got the attention of the Western fashion industry,from the global fashion fringe status to the new fashion production and innovation center development,training a number of outstanding fashion designers represented by Issey Miyake.This paper adopts the method of literature research,qualitative statistics and creative practice.Through consulting and analyzing relevant materials of Japanese cultural characteristics and fashion design transformation at home and abroad,this paper provides theoretical support for integrating the formation process and basic characteristics of Japanese cultural characteristics.On the basis of the empirical analysis of the evolution trajectory of Japanese fashion,the characteristics of fashion culture and the formation of fashion system,the typical Japanese designer Issey Miyake is selected as the case of fashion transformation,and his fashion design concept and fashion works in different periods are interpreted from the time axis.This model combines traditional culture and current fashion trend to simulate brand path analysis.Fashion has the dual attributes of culture and economy,and is the concentrated embodiment of a country’s "national character".Japan’s unique geographical location,culture and religion,as well as international exchanges,make its cultural characteristics show the attributes of moderation and introspection,indifference,external softness and firmness,refined self-improvement,inclusiveness and openness.Driven by factors such as national cultural advantages and talent aggregation effect,the Japanese fashion industry integrates fashion culture research and development with industrial technology innovation.Gradually build a fashion system with fashion support,education,communication,production and culture as the elements,cultivate excellent designers represented by Issey Miyake,constantly promote the development of Japanese fashion industry from low value-added labor-intensive production cluster to high value-added technology textile and fashion cultural ecology,and finally realize the leapfrog fashion gradient.The construction and operation of the Japanese fashion system has a good reference value for the transformation and development of the current Chinese fashion industry and the construction of the nascent Chinese fashion system. |
