| The video recording of intangible cultural heritage(ICH),especially the video recording of ICH bearers,is an important element in the inheritance,protection and dissemination of cultural heritage.With the support of the project of salvage recording of representative inheritors of ICH,media at all levels are currently focusing on the video recording of national-level ICH inheritors,while a large number of other levels of ICH inheritors,which are equally important,lack due attention.The documentary "Bimo Li Wenxiang" takes Li Wenxiang,the inheritor of Bimo culture in Shilin Yi Autonomous County,as its subject,and tells the story of Bimo Li Wenxiang’s character to the public through the follow-up interview with him.The first chapter explains the background of the selected topic,the current situation of the research,and the theoretical basis of the video creation with Li Wenxiang,the inheritor of Bimo culture.Chapter 2 gives a detailed introduction to the preparation of the documentary "Bimo Li Wenxiang",including pre-planning,fieldwork and research,and the process of filming.The third chapter elaborates on the mid-term filming process,which includes on-set framing,interviews with the subjects,and a detailed presentation of their life stories and practice related rituals based on the principle of multi-camera,multi-angle,and multi-shot filming,and an in-depth introduction of the problems encountered in filming the creation of the film.Chapter 4 elaborates on the post-production of the documentary,including material selection,narration writing and editing and synthesis.Chapter 5 provides a theoretical summary of the graduation creation and reflects on the strengths and weaknesses of the work.The film is not only recorded around the main character Li Wenxiang’s identity as a Bimo,but also from the dimension of the daily life of the Yi people.In terms of narrative structure,this film takes the typical events of the characters as the entry point,concretely expresses the characters’ participation in the development process of the events,and reflects the character’s personality with vivid details of the events to create a three-dimensional character image,which to a certain extent enriches the image library of the Bimo culture of the Shilin Yi people. |
