| The inheritance of Chinese folk dance is the inheritance and development of China’s excellent folk dance and the cultural essence of all ethnic groups.With the progress and development of the times,excavating and protecting ethnic folk dances is the historical necessity of its development and inheritance.How to accurately present and record dance art is an important research topic.This thesis focuses on motion capture technology and conducts research on dance motion analysis,emotion recognition and synthesis.Firstly,aiming at the high dimensional dance movement data obtained by motion capture technology,which is not conducive to the study of emotion recognition and synthesis of dance movements,a dance movement segmentation method based on motion rhythm is proposed The method takes into account both the kinematic features in the change of gesture and dance rhythm.Principal Component Analysis(PCA),Wavelet Transform(WT)and Peak Detection algorithm are utilized to segment the high-dimensional dance movements,which the long sequence and continuous motion capture data are segmented into motion element segments with independent logical semantics Meanwhile,the validity of this method is verified by comparing the dance motion segmentation methods proposed in this thesis with the typical segmentation methods.Secondly,aiming at all kinds of emotional state in dance movements,a method of emotional recognition of dance movements based on dynamic time regularization is proposed according to the similarity of action segments.This method combines the Laban effectiveness theory and the dancer’s body structure characteristics,and describes the action segments with 9 feature parameters,computing the similarity between two different dance action segments to improve the accuracy of emotion recognition.Meanwhile,according to the 8 typical emotions contained in the dance movement,the emotion expressed by different dancing movements is mapped to the limb characteristics of different emotions in order to realize the recognition of emotional types.The emotion recognition method proposed in this thesis is verified by experiments.The results show that the method can effectively identify the emotions contained in many different motion segments.Finally,aiming at the synthesis of dance action segments,an emotion-driven dance action synthesis method is proposed.On the basis of calculating the emotional similarity,Pearson Correlation Coefficient is utilized to analyze the connectivity of action segments,and motion maps of nodes representing different emotional action segments and edges representing transitional motion segments are constructed.Linear Interpolation algorithm of overlapping frames is used to generate interpolation actions to synthesize different dance action segments.An example is given to verify the effectiveness and good performance of the proposed dance motion synthesis method. |
