Study On The Process And Mechanism Of Land Use Efficiency Change From The Perspective Of Urban-rural Coordinated Development

With the promotion of the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island,the economy of Hainan Province is booming,and the "Haichengwen" economic circle came into being.With superior geographical location and policy support,the GDP of the "Haichengwen" economic circle reached 204.12 billion yuan in 2018,accounting for 42.24%of the province,developing into the region with the strongest economic foundation and highest level of development in Hainan Province.However,due to the differences in development history,location conditions,resource endowment and other factors,it also leads to obvious differences in land utilization rate of different regions in the study area,with Haikou City accounting for 33.55% of the total area of the economic circle,land utilization rate reaches 95%,and the average GDP is 5.64 times of Chengmai County and Wenchang City.Therefore,based on the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,improving the efficiency of land use has become an important way to solve the imbalance of land utilization rate in the region.This paper takes "Hai Cheng Wen" economic circle as the research object,analyzes the current situation of land use and urban-rural economy in the economic circle,and constructs the evaluation index system of land use efficiency from three aspects: economic,social and ecological benefits.Based on the statistical data,the index weights are calculated by the entropy weighting method,and the land use benefits of the economic circle are analyzed by the comprehensive benefit model,and the coupling coordination degree among the sub-benefits and within the economic circle is analyzed by the coupling coordination degree model.The stepwise regression analysis method is applied to screen the influencing factors,explore the driving mechanism of land use benefit evolution in the economic circle,and provide corresponding suggestions for future urban and rural land use development.The main findings of the study are:(1)From 2009 to 2018,the comprehensive benefits of land use in the economic circle showed a "low-medium-high" phase growth.The economic and social benefits grew significantly,while the ecological benefits decreased slightly.In terms of spatial pattern,the comprehensive benefits of land use in the economic circle far exceed the overall level of land use benefits in Hainan Province,and the characteristics of Haikou City is higher than Chengmai County and higher than Wenchang City in the region,although the gap is decreasing year by year,the goal of integrated development of the "Haichengwen" economic circle has not yet been achieved.(2)The contribution of the economic circle to the overall land use efficiency is different.Haikou City is the core area of the economic circle,and its economic-social benefit contribution rate accounts for more than 50 %,which is much higher than that of Chengmai County and Wenchang City.It has a strong driving effect on the surrounding cities,and the overall development trend of ’ economic-social push ’ is presented.As a ’ satellite city ’ of Haikou City,the overall contribution of Chengmai County is balanced,showing a ’social-economic-ecological balanced ’ development trend;wenchang City has obvious advantages in social-ecological environmental benefits,and the overall development trend is ’social-ecological good type ’.(3)The degree of coupling and coordination of land use sub-benefits and comprehensive benefits in the economic circle has been steadily increasing.The degree of coupling and coordination of comprehensive benefits has been in a state of disorder for a long time,and although it is gradually rising,the starting point is low and the increase is small.The degree of coupling coordination of comprehensive benefits among cities and counties within the economic circle is rising and the degree of coordination is high.(4)Stepwise regression analysis using SPSS software was used to identify the influencing factors in the economic circle,Haikou City,Chengmai County and Wenchang City,and to screen out the variables with greater influence on the value of land use benefits.It was identified that Haikou City is driven by economic and social-type influencing factors,mainly in the form of economic-social forced driving;Chengmai County is driven by social-ecological-type influencing factors,mainly in the form of social-ecological balanced driving;Wenchang City is driven by ecological influencing factors,mainly in the form of ecologically guided driving.(5)In order to promote efficient land use in the "Haichengwen" economic circle,Haikou City should create an environment-friendly land use model to improve ecological benefits;Chengmai County should promote an efficient land use model to improve economic benefits;Wenchang City should establish an ecological priority land use model to improve comprehensive benefits.By putting forward targeted opinions,it provides reference suggestions for the land planning and utilization of the "Haichengwen" economic circle,and also provides demonstration and leading values for the rational utilization of urban and rural land in the "Haichengwending" comprehensive economic circle and Hainan free trade port in the future.
