Li Zehou’s conception of time is related to his own academic course and life course.His theory of view of time is firstly embodied in the critical inheritance of Kant’s transcendental philosophy and the combination of Marxism,secondly in the critical absorption of Heidegger’s thought,and finally in the combination of western philosophy and Chinese philosophy,especially Confucianism.The core of Li Zehou’s view of time is subjectivity,the general theoretical premise is "human being alive",and the use of Marxism--the practice of making tools.Li Zehou leads the "how to live","why to live" and "how are you living" questions with "practical" activities.The core of the subjectivity problem is how to deal with the whole human subjectivity and individual subjectivity.Li Zehou’s view of time has three dimensions: practice,accumulation and emotion.In terms of practicality,Li Zehou believes that human’s practice activities of using and making tools create the perceptual form of time,and time representation is an objective social form that human beings must obtain or establish in order to meet the requirements of the principle of "human being alive" in practical activities,which is commonly applicable and observed in human society.Therefore,the perceptual form of time becomes the real embodiment and driving force of "how to live".In terms of accumulation,the life practice of groups and individuals constitutes human history,and "accumulation" and "degree" become the foundation of historical existence.History is the inheritance and continuity of human civilization,which is the essence of history.Historical life and inheritance become the ultimate meaning of "Why live".In terms of emotion,time derives subjective emotion from objective spatialization.Subjective time is the extension of emotion,which is not only the feeling and recognition of the inheritance of emotional life in Chinese history,but also the extension itself is the current popularity of life emotion.After Li Zehou introduced the "aesthetic" tradition of Chinese philosophy,the "how to live" to "how to live" realized the transformation from "whole" to "individual",from "inevitable" to "accidental",from "rational" to "perceptual".The ultimate destination of "How to live" is to return to reality,chance,back to the daily life of the concrete,living human feelings.Through the theoretical construction of the "witchcraft history tradition" and the promotion of the practical rationality of Confucianism,Li Zehou made the real life have sacred significance,enabling people to transcend the real time and reach a "realm of heaven and earth",providing a possibility for human beings to live in peace and harmony with society,nature and the universe.
