Study On Potential In Moiseyenko’s Oil Paintings

Throughout the development of painting art,the maturity of an artistic style provides inspiration for later scholars.Meanwhile,the tendency of assimilation has become one of the obstacles for painters to continue exploring.In China,there is a large group of oil painting creators now.On the one hand,they learn more and more about western painters.On the other hand,they absorb nutrients from traditional Chinese painting theories.Moiseyenko,a painter who constantly updates his self-appearance and has stable national temperament,provides a worthy reference for the exploration of current oil painting creation by his oil paintings with “freehand”.He not only successfully injects the elements of modernism into the Russian traditional academic realism painting,but also accommodates a variety of subjects with a very open and inclusive attitude.The current art circle has paid great attention to the study of noumenon language in oil painting.We can combine the study of “potential” in painting theory with Moiseyenko’s works to discuss the current practice of oil painting creation.This thesis is divided into four parts.It mainly expounds the meaning of“potential” in painting,the presentation way of “potential” in Moiseyenko’s oil paintings and the application of “potential” in oil painting creation.Firstly,it analyses the specific context of “potential” in painting from the meaning of “potential”.Secondly,it is to interpret Moiseyenko’s experience and the social background at that time,and analyses the source of “potential” in his creation.Thirdly,it focuses on examples from Moiseyenko’s works to discuss the presentation and function of “potential” in his paintings.Fourthly,it analyses the influence of “potential” in author’s oil painting from the perspective of the author’s painting practice.To sum up,based on the main focus of Moiseyenko’s oil paintings and “potential”,this thesis mainly discusses how Moiseyenko constructs “potential” and the author’s pursuit and practice of “potential”.And it is to further improve the research system of“potential” in oil painting creation.
