| The 19 th Party Congress first proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and put forward the general requirements of "promoting industrial prosperity,creating ecological livability,cultivating civilized countryside,establishing effective governance,and realizing prosperous living".The 20 th Party Congress emphasized the need to comprehensively promote the revitalization of the countryside in the new era and new journey.During the establishment and development of New China,the old revolutionary areas played an important role,and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy has played a key role in the fight against poverty in these old areas.As the rural revitalization strategy enters a new stage,helping the old revolutionary areas consolidate and expand the results of poverty eradication has become an urgent issue to be solved.2022 In April,the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and other five departments issued the Opinions on Promoting Cultural Industry to Empower Rural Revitalization,proposing to fully stimulate the vitality of excellent culture and make positive contributions to the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.provides new ideas and methods.For these regions,the richest resource is red culture.By studying the path of red culture industry empowering rural revitalization,new ideas and references can be provided for the rural revitalization of old revolutionary regions.Hong’an County,located in the Dabie Mountain region,is known as the number one general county in China and has rich red cultural resources.Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,Hong’an County has made the revitalization and development of the old revolutionary area a key task,taken a series of important measures,implemented a number of major projects,developed the red culture industry and driven the rural revitalization with the red culture industry,which has achieved obvious results.Taking red culture industry as the entry point to empower rural revitalization development in Hong’an County,this study illustrates the practicality of red culture industry empowering rural revitalization in old revolutionary areas,summarizes the beneficial experience,and points out the main problems existing in it,including weak sustainable development of cultural industry,weak driving effect of red culture industry,insufficient promotion of red culture industry value,lack of talents related to red culture industry,and red culture industry Transitional development.Finally,this paper proposes five solutions,including deep excavation of red cultural resources to create a red cultural industry chain;enhancing red cultural self-confidence to improve rural governance effectiveness;promoting the construction of red cultural public service system to create a place for the spread of rural civilization;establishing a sound red talent team to stimulate rural endogenous power;strengthening ecological civilization education to establish the concept of sustainable development,with a view to promoting the development of the old revolutionary areas The red culture industry will be developed to better empower rural revitalization and promote rural modernization. |
