In the current international Chinese language teaching,there are not enough research cases on teaching design of Chinese excellent local culture.How to better integrate Chinese excellent local culture into international Chinese language teaching research practice remains to be deepened.In order to promote international Chinese language teaching and the overseas spread of Chinese culture,and further tell Chinese stories,it is necessary to pay attention to the rich and colorful Chinese local culture,and carry out cultural teaching design and teaching practice.Based on this,this paper selects the long history of Jiangnan silkworm culture as the theme of teaching design and teaching practice.Based on the theory of cultural teaching design in international Chinese education and the overall grasp of Jiangnan silkworm culture,this paper takes the intermediate level international students of Chinese in a university in East China as the teaching object,and specifically selects the Hanshan silkworm festival in Huzhou City,Zhejiang Province,which is a treasure of Jiangnan silkworm culture,as the teaching content,to carry out the curriculum design and teaching research of cultural teaching.The research purpose of this paper is to provide a feasible idea and practical scheme for enriching the teaching cases of Chinese international Chinese education specialty,and for integrating Chinese excellent local culture into international Chinese classroom teaching.In order to achieve this goal,this paper first uses the questionnaire method to understand the international students’ Chinese ability and their understanding of Jiangnan silkworm culture,so as to provide background information for teaching design and teaching practice.Then the author designed the teaching plan of the cultural curriculum of Huzhou Hanshan Silkworm Blossom Festival by combing the cultural connotation of Huzhou Hanshan Silkworm Blossom Festival,combining the cultural teaching design theory of international Chinese education specialty,and based on the Chinese language level of the teaching object and the cognitive situation of Jiangnan silkworm culture,and carried out the teaching practice.Finally,feedback on the teaching effect.On this basis,we can think deeply about the teaching concept and teaching practice,analyze the experience and shortcomings in the teaching concept and practice,and put forward corresponding teaching countermeasures and suggestions to obtain feedback on the teaching practice effect.On this basis,the author thinks deeply about the teaching concept and teaching practice,analyzes the experience and shortcomings in the teaching concept and practice,and puts forward corresponding teaching countermeasures and suggestions.Specifically,the first is to improve the international Chinese teaching syllabus and increase the proportion of cultural content in international Chinese textbooks;Secondly,strengthen the theoretical research and case study of cultural teaching in TCFL;Third,strengthen the breadth and depth of the integration of excellent local cultural elements into international Chinese teaching;Fourth,improve the Chinese culture and intercultural communication ability of international Chinese teachers;Fifth,strengthen the adaptability of online education classroom management ability and online offline combination.I hope this paper can be helpful to the teaching practice of international Chinese. |
