| Research purposes: Since the "strong sports nation" was proposed,the state has vigorously advocated strengthening the protection and inheritance of traditional Chinese sports,which has injected strong vitality into the development of traditional national sports.The promotion and popularization of ethnic traditional sports not only can unite the nation through its cultural and spiritual values,but also can significantly improve people’s sense of well-being.As an important part of traditional Chinese sports,dragon dance is one of the important contents of university-based sports curriculum development.Dragon dance is a group sport,which can positively influence individual’s subjective well-being and peer relationship,and the study on the mechanism and mediating effect of peer relationship and subjective well-being is an important research hotspot at present.The study investigated the relationship between the amount of dragon dance exercise,subjective well-being and peer relationships among college student dragon dancers,and further investigated the mechanism of the role of peer relationships and subjective well-being among college student dragon dancers,in order to verify the mediating role of peer relationships,so as to analyze and discuss the role of dragon dance sports in improving the subjective well-being of college students.Research objects and methods: 503 college student dragon dance athletes were selected from six colleges and universities in Fujian Province,and the study investigated the exercise,subjective well-being and peer relationships of college student dragon dance athletes through questionnaires,and the recovered data were analyzed by descriptive statistics,analysis of variance,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear stratified regression using SPSS24.0 software.The independent variable models with subjective well-being were established separately:(1)model 1demographic variables → subjective well-being of college students;(2)model 2demographic variables,dragon dance sports exercise → subjective well-being of college students;(3)model 3 demographic variables,dragon dance sports exercise,peer relationship → subjective well-being of college students;models with peer relationship as the independent variable:(1)model 1 demographic variables → peer relationship;(2)model 2 dragon dance sports exercise → peer relationship.Finally,the mediating effect model was used to analyze the mediating role of peer relationships in the influence of dragon dance exercise on college students’ subjective well-being.Research result: The mean value of subjective well-being of dragon dance athletes was 83.60±7.03,the mean value of peer relationship was 100±10.13,the score was overall high,and the percentage of small exercise in dragon dance exercise was 58.8%;the subjective well-being of dragon dance exercise,college students and peer relationship had significant differences in grade,length of dragon dance participation,participation,and award(p<0.05,p<0.01),college students’ subjective well-being(F=158.64,p<0.01)and peer relationship(F=31.30,p<0.05)showed significant performance in the grade of dragon dance exercise;their subjective well-being was significantly correlated with peer relationship in the surveyed college students’ dragon dance exercise(r=0.29,p<0.01);when college students’ subjective well-being was the dependent variable,dragon dance exercise had a significant effect on(t=9.14,p<0.01),peer relationship had a significant positive effect on college students’ subjective well-being(t=10.91,p<0.01),and dragon dance exercise had a significant positive effect on peer relationship(t=2.21,p<0.05);peer relationship played a part in the relationship between dragon dance exercise and college students’ subjective well-being.mediating role,accounting for 27.46% of the total effect ratio.Research conclusion: The subjective well-being and peer relationship of college students participating in dragon dance exercise are higher than the conventional level;there are significant differences among dragon dance exercise,college students’ subjective well-being and peer relationship in terms of grade,length of dragon dance participation,participation and award,and there are significant differences between subjective well-being and peer relationship in dragon dance exercise;the frequency of dragon dance exercise and subjective well-being are positively correlated;peer relationship in The frequency of dragon dance exercise and subjective well-being were correlated;peer relationship played a partly mediating role between dragon dance exercise and subjective well-being of college students.Dragon dance is an intense sport,and in the process of learning dragon dance movement techniques,the players need to communicate with each other continuously to cultivate tacit understanding,after more intense practice,the players’ cardiorespiratory function,physical fitness and other physical qualities are improved,thus producing good psychological emotions,and the interpersonal communication ability of college students is continuously improved.The good team atmosphere has an impact on the players’ mentality,perception of things,and self-value orientation,which in turn affects their subjective sense of well-being. |
