| As the main body of higher education,college students carry the hope of the future and the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation.However,in the past two years,the well-being of college students has been plagued.During the epidemic,most colleges and universities are in a closed mode,so they cannot go out normally and their activities are greatly restricted.Faced with the epidemic,college students are prone to psychological distress if they do not adapt to the high-pressure anti-epidemic environment in time.Therefore,it is important for college students to communicate with them actively,to relieve their emotions in time,and to guide them to establish harmonious interpersonal relationships,which is important for their happy growth and study.This study further explores the relationship between perceived social support and subjective well-being of college students from a psychological perspective,introduces two indicators of physical exercise and interpersonal relationships,explores the chain mediating role of physical exercise and interpersonal relationships in the relationship between perceived social support and subjective well-being,visualizes and analyzes the research results,and finally proposes relevant suggestions to students,schools,families and even government departments The study also aims to expand the ways to improve the subjective well-being of college students.This study uses literature and questionnaires to demonstrate the relationship between social support and subjective well-being in college students.Using 585 college students from six colleges and universities in Henan and Jiangxi provinces as the research subjects,the research instruments such as Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Physical Activity Rating Scale(PARS-3),Subjective Well-Being Scale(SWB)and Interpersonal Relationship Questionnaire for College Students were used to test the reliability and validity of the scales used in the study by using SPSS26.0,and descriptive statistics,one-way analysis,independent sample t-test,and other related analyses,and finally the chain mediation test using the macro program PROCESS in SPSS26.0,the specific results of the study are as follows:(1)College students in the target institutions comprehended a good level of social support,and the overall level of college students’ happiness was high and in a state of basic satisfaction.(2)There are significant differences in the different dimensions of comprehending social support among college students of different grades.The physical exercise status of college students is mostly small,and there is a significant difference in the gender difference,and the level of male students is higher than that of female students.The overall interpersonal relationship level of college students is in a good state,and in terms of gender,female students are significantly better than male students.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between perceived social support and subjective well-being.(4)There is a significant positive correlation between perceived social support,physical exercise and interpersonal relationship among college students.The actual level of perceived social support of college students can significantly predict the degree of subjective well-being,and the relationship between physical exercise,interpersonal relationship and subjective well-being is also positively correlated,and perceived social support can directly affect subjective well-being,and also have indirect effects through mediating effects.In summary,it can be concluded that college students appreciate that the level of social support directly affects their level of subjective well-being,and also indirectly affects the level of subjective well-being by influencing physical exercise and interpersonal relationships.In the future,we can intervene in both physical exercise and interpersonal relationships to improve the level of subjective well-being of college students. |
