| According to the data of the World Health Organization, the COVID-19 epidemic has caused the global anxiety and depression to increase by 26% and 28% respectively. There are people who have been isolated due to the COVID-19 epidemic in daily life, but few studies have explored the level and development track of anxiety and depression of isolated people. In this study, the latent variable mixed growth model was used to explore the different types of anxiety and depression of people in isolation during the normalization of epidemic situation and the development track of their anxiety and depression levels. At the same time, the gender differences of different types of isolated people and their differences in COVID-19 stress, social approval, personality, insomnia and stress were discussed. In this study,we use snowballing method and online survey to collect questionnaires every day to track the development track of anxiety and depression of isolated people.COVID-19 virus stress questionnaire, social approval scale, patient health questionnaire, generalized anxiety disorder scale, short version of Big Five personality questionnaire, insomnia severity index scale and perceived stress scale were used, and the patient health questionnaire and generalized anxiety disorder scale were sent to the isolated people’s We Chat every morning. If there were any unfilled people, they would be reminded again at night to track the daily anxiety and depression status of the isolated people during the epidemic investigation and the development track of anxiety and depression during the isolation, and accurately investigate and study the mental health of the isolated people during the normalization of the epidemic. In this study, the anxiety and depression status of isolated people are tracked every day,but in order to simplify the data, the scores of anxiety and depression are sorted into five time points for analysis. The results show that:(1)There are three types of anxiety levels of isolated workers:(1)No anxiety group, whose initial anxiety level is low(M=1.45),showing a continuous downward trend;(2)In mild anxiety group, the initial level of anxiety was moderate(M=5.89),showing a continuous and stable trend;(3)In the moderate anxiety group, the initial level of anxiety was high(M=10.68),showing a continuous and stable trend;(2)There are three types of depression in the isolated workers:(1)Moderate depression group, whose initial depression level is high(M=14.70),showing a continuous and stable trend;(2)In mild depression group, the initial level of depression was moderate(M=6.21),showing a continuous and stable trend;(3)In the group without depression, the initial level of depression was low(M=1.15),showing a continuous downward trend;(3)In the moderate anxiety group, the dimensions of danger,post-traumatic stress and insomnia were significantly higher than those in the other two groups;in the dimension of checking behavior, neuroticism was significantly higher than that in the non-anxiety group;in the dimension of rigor,it was significantly lower than that in the other two groups;and in the dimensions of perceived pressure, social approval and agreeableness,it was significantly lower than that in the non-anxiety group. The moderate depression group was significantly higher in danger,pollution,post-traumatic stress, checking behavior dimension, insomnia degree and neuroticism than the non-depression group, and significantly lower in perceived pressure, social approval, rigor and agreeableness than the non-depression group.Conclusion:(1)The development track of anxiety and depression in isolated workers is heterogeneous, and anxiety can be divided into three subtypes: no anxiety, mild anxiety and moderate anxiety;Depression can be divided into three subtypes: moderate depression, mild depression and no depression.(2)Compared with other groups, both the moderate anxiety group and the moderate depression group showed higher levels of COVID-19 stress risk,post-traumatic stress, verification behavior, insomnia and neuroticism, but lower levels of perceived stress, rigor and agreeableness. The moderate depression group also showed higher levels of COVID-19 stress pollution and lower levels of social approval. The results of this study can help identify and screen the mental health risks of people with different types of anxiety and depression, deepen the understanding of the impact of isolation on individual mental health during the COVID-19 epidemic, help optimize psychological work during the isolation period, provide scientific basis for providing diversified psychological services and improving the isolation experience of centralized isolation personnel, provide targeted help for different types of isolation personnel, and provide data support for reducing the psychological impact of different types of people isolated due to the epidemic according to hierarchical science. |
