| The image of baby play in Pingyao push light lacquer art is one of the traditional decorative patterns full of the best wishes of the people of Pingyao,and it is the embodiment of Pingyao’s unique regional culture.However,the public cannot fully understand the characteristics of its art and culture and the problems it faces.Therefore,this paper takes the image of baby play in Pingyao push light lacquer art as the research object,and intends to help the image of baby play in push light lacquer art to regain its vitality in the rapidly changing contemporary society.The article first analyzes the image data collected by field investigation,and divides the artistic themes of baby play images in the lacquer art into New Year prayers,classical stories,exaggerated imagination,and daily play according to the typology method.The performance characteristics and meanings of each category are described.The reappeared traditional games are divided into instrumental games,imitation games,festival games,and leisure games,and the characteristics of each game category are analyzed by combining pictures and texts.Secondly,the artistic characteristics of the image of baby play in the lacquer art are analyzed.In terms of composition,due to the diverse shapes of lacquer art works,the layout of the image of baby play must not only conform to the shape of the utensils,but also conform to the theme of expression;In terms of writing brush,the characteristic of viscous paint requires the painter to choose the bobcat brush with high elasticity.Children’s tender body,need to use in line with the baby’s body characteristics of the soft lines for performance;In terms of color,the lacquer decoration skills such as gold tracing,color painting,inlay,and the people’s aesthetic needs for arts and crafts jointly endow the image of infant play with a rich and warm image color;In terms of children’s images,artists make children’s images more vivid by showing children’s unique hairstyles,costumes,movements and expressions.Thirdly,the article introduces in detail the traditional culture contained in the image of baby play in push light lacquer art,including the folk culture related to "praying for children" and "gestates",the Confucian fertility ethics and Zhu Xi’s Neo-Confucianism,the beautiful meaning of Buddhist auspicious things and the Taoist concept of "equality" and "nature".Finally,through investigation and visits,it was found that the image of infant play in push light lacquer art is facing the following three problems: First,the difficulty of inheriting the art of push light lacquer decoration makes the image of infant play difficult to survive.Second,the image of baby play is difficult to adapt to the concept of fertility and aesthetics of the contemporary people.Third,the lag in propaganda methods and insufficient propaganda have led to the failure of the public to fully recognize the image of infant play.In response to the above problems,it is proposed that people should carry out protection work on the basis of protecting the diversity,authenticity and interpretability of the image of infant play.First,the government and all walks of life actively participate in the protection of the lacquer painting technique and its decorative patterns to help them get out of the predicament.Second,interpret the connotation of baby play culture in multiple ways,so that it has a richer and more suitable meaning for contemporary people’s concepts.Third,continuously combine publicity methods with advanced science and technology to enhance the interest of publicity and expand the scope of publicity,so that the public has more opportunities to fully understand the image of baby play in the push light lacquer art. |
