After the Opium War,China’s national crisis deepened, and Chinese girls’ education developed greatly under the stimulation of Western church women’s studies,Chinese civil society and the official promotion of the Qing government, and the importance and value of girls’ education were gradually concerned and recognized by the Chinese people. After the defeat in the Sino-Japanese War,out of the need to "strengthen the country and protect seeds",a large number of progressives linked women’s studies with the security of the nation and the strength of the country, advocated education to save the country, and carried out public opinion propaganda on promoting women’s studies and practical activities in running women’s schools. In the face of internal and external difficulties, some Chinese women have awakened, recognized the important role of women in national rejuvenation and national prosperity, and also recognized the importance of education to women’s liberation, and actively campaigned for women’s education.Hui Xing, who began to observe the festival at the age of 19,felt the changes in the times, and in order to seek self-improvement,in 1904 went to the new-style women’s school to study, and opened the Zhen Wen Women’s School after the schooling was frustrated, but due to insufficient funds, the women’s school often stopped, and in December 1905,Hui Xing died in order to obtain perennial funds for swallowing opium, and was martyred in his studies.Subsequently, the martyrdom of Hui Xing was widely reported by newspapers and magazines, widely concerned and disseminated, causing violent reactions in the academic circles, women’s circles, drama circles and banner groups, and the women’s school also received a large number of social donations.Under the pressure of public opinion, the Qing government was forced to pay attention to women’s schools, and issued perennial scholarships to revive Hui Xing Women’s School.Under the changing situation and the appeal of Chinese civil society, the Qing government promulgated a new academic system during the late Qing New Deal period. In 1907,the Qing government promulgated the charter of the girls’ school, and the education of girls was officially implemented in the school system. With the joint efforts of the people and the government, the study of women’s education has become a social consensus.Since then, the Qing government’s support for female education,Hui Xing’s martyrdom has played a role in promoting it.Limited by the times, the theme of salvation has always run through the development of women’s studies, women and women’s studies have always been subordinate to men,and girls’ education in the late Qing Dynasty was generally very backward, and there were many difficulties and problems. However, the interaction between women’s education and social transformation has promoted the transformation of modern Chinese society in terms of cultural customs, economy and politics.
