Workaholism is becoming more and more common in modern society,and its impact on the working status of enterprise employees is also becoming more and more common.However,previous studies have mostly investigated it from the perspective of variables,and lack of more detailed and in-depth research on work mania.dissect.Based on the four-dimensional theory of workaholism,this study first examines the impact of workaholism on burnout and well-being from a variable perspective,and secondly,from an individual perspective,uses latent profile analysis to identify different types of workaholism for impact mechanism provides guidance for companies to understand the impact of different types of workaholism on employees and to make targeted interventions.Using multidimensional workaholism scale,job burnout scale and employee well-being questionnaire to investigate 361 employees across the country.SPSS 22.0 was used for data analysis and preprocessing,and Mplus 7.0 was used for latent profile analysis to classify workaholism.Research indicates:(1)The results from the variable perspective show that there is a significant positive correlation between workaholism and emotional exhaustion,and a significant negative correlation with cynicism and a reduced sense of accomplishment,and the three subscales of cognition,emotion,and motivation in workaholism have positive effects on job burnout.The predictive effect of employee happiness is significant.(2)The results from the individual perspective show that workaholism have different potential profiles,which can be divided into marginal,integrated,and common types,and their distribution is affected by factors such as gender,age,education,working hours,and working age;different The profiles have significant differences in job burnout and employee happiness levels,and further regression analysis shows that there are also differences in the predictive effects of integrated and marginal types.
