| In 2020,the new crown epidemic swept the world,the animation industry has also been affected,domestic animation companies are also facing a major test,according to the financial report data disclosed by listed animation companies in 2020,only 6 companies are profitable and year-on-year net profit increased,JY Animation is one of them.In terms of policies,the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Cultural Industry" was released in 2021,and improving the quality and efficiency of the animation industry,building Chinese animation brands,and promoting the development of the "whole industry chain" and "all ages" of animation have become policy priorities.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Culture,the overall output value of China’s animation industry in 2021 will be 47 billion yuan,indicating that the animation industry has a huge industrial production chain and is a powerful lever to leverage the cultural industry.China’s animation industry entered the embryonic period of the whole industry chain around 2015,film roaming linkage is an effective form of building a pan-entertainment industry chain,and IP is the core of connecting different industries.Under the background of the whole IP industry chain,some animation companies have begun to carry out the layout of the whole IP industry chain.JY Animation is one of the pioneers in the industry,and its IP industry chain can be used as a reference for other domestic animation industry companies.This paper has an enlightening effect on other domestic animation industry companies,enriches the research of the whole industry chain strategy in the animation industry under the background of the new situation,and aims to promote the benign development of the domestic animation industry.Based on the research background and research significance,this paper selects JY Animation as a case enterprise to study the value creation of enterprises in the context of the whole IP industry chain.Firstly,the development status of the animation industry is analyzed,and it is analyzed from three perspectives: macro,meso and micro.Then,the whole IP industry chain of JY Animation is introduced,its integration process and value creation path are introduced,and the motivation for implementing the layout of the IP industry chain is analyzed.Value creation from four dimensions: finance,capital,innovation and society.Select the appropriate indicators to analyze the value creation of Jie Wai Animation.Finally,the research results of this paper are summarized and enlightened and suggested: under the background of the whole IP industry chain,JY Animation has achieved value creation in four dimensions:finance,capital,innovation and society. |
