Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Culture rejuvenates the country,and culture strengthens the nation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the state has paid more attention to cultural construction,and has always adhered to the people centered work orientation.It holds the banner,gathers people’s hearts,cultivates new people,revitalizes culture,and develops image,firmly holds the leadership of ideological work,builds a socialist ideology with strong cohesion and leadership,and builds a socialist cultural power to stimulate the cultural creativity of the whole nation.The spirit,as the core of culture,is not strong without spirit.Socialist spiritual civilization is an important feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and an important content and guarantee for realizing the "Two Centenary Goals" and the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has attached great importance to the construction of spiritual civilization and constantly pushed it to a higher level.The most effective way to realize the dual construction of culture and spiritual civilization is to carry forward the excellent culture.By carrying forward the excellent culture,the spirit is transmitted to the public with culture as the carrier.The public can realize their own spiritual construction and improve their cultural literacy by learning the excellent culture,effectively realizing the dual construction of culture and spiritual civilization.Yimeng red culture originated in the Yimeng revolutionary base during the revolutionary war.It originated from the fact that the Yimeng people and the CPC jointly fought against Japanese imperialist aggression and the reactionary rule of the Kuomintang.At the same time,Yimeng red culture catered to the development of the times,combined with the socialist construction period and the socialist reform and development period,and derived rich new era content.As the core of Yimeng’s red culture,Yimeng spirit is listed as spiritual pedigrees of the CPC with its excellent spiritual qualities,such as the spirit of unity between the party and the masses,the spirit of hard work,and the spirit of hard work.It is an excellent material to improve the spiritual level of the party members and the spirit of the people.By carrying forward Yimeng red culture,Yimeng red culture is taken as the carrier to export Yimeng spirit to the masses,and then optimize the spiritual construction of the masses.The research content of this paper is divided into four parts.The first part "Basic overview of Yimeng red culture" briefly introduces Yimeng red culture from three aspects: concept interpretation,cultural characteristics and cultural conditions;The second part,"the spiritual connotation of Yimeng red culture",starts from the spiritual core of the culture,and explores the spiritual quality of Yimeng red culture from the specific examples;The third part "educational value of Yimeng red culture" reveals the spiritual and cultural educational value of Yimeng red culture;The fourth part "The path to realize the educational value of Yimeng red culture" puts forward measures to promote Yimeng red culture from three perspectives.
