The Research Of Wicker Edges In Shengjing Of Qing Dynasty

The wicker side in the Shengjing area of the Qing Dynasty,also known as the Shengjing border wall and the old side,is a relatively special boundary of the "fundamental important land" built in the Shengjing area in the early Qing Dynasty.This paper sorts out the construction history and temporal and spatial dynamics of it,and explores the changes of the sealing effect of wicker edges in Shengjing area in different periods based on the characteristics of policy changes in Shengjing area in different periods of the Qing Dynasty.This paper first clarifies the concept and composition of wicker edge in northeast Qing dynasty.By sorting out its distribution and analyzing the reasons for its installation,we can understand the scale of it as a whole.Subsequently,the setting and expansion of it were sorted out.According to the initial construction of the Shengjing border wall from the Emperor Taiji to the Shunzhi period and the expansion of the Kangxi Dynasty many times,it is classified and analyzed,and then in these two cases,according to the east and west paragraphs of the Shengjing border wall,in order to have a clearer understanding of the construction process of the wicker side in the Shengjing area.It then describes the management system of wicker sides in the Shengjing area of the Qing Dynasty.Shengjing side wall is mainly equipped with side doors to manage access,and at the same time,side platforms and card roads are set up on the left and right of the side line to assist side door management;He also set up "Wen Wu Er Zhang Jing" to be in charge of affairs near the border gate,and stationed Eight Banner soldiers to guard entry and exit.By studying its system operation,we can analyze the role played by Shengjing border wall in the specific implementation.Finally,by combing the situation in Shengjing in three different periods,Shunkang,Yongqian,and Jiaqing to the end of the Qing Dynasty,the changes in the sealing effect of wicker in Shengjing area are analyzed.It can be concluded that as Shengjing moves from opening to closing and then having to be forced to open,the role of Shengjing’s border wall also presents a process of relaxation,strict prohibition and then having to compromise and lift the ban.
