| Agricultural industry has always been a major economic pillar industry in Northeast China.In the late 19 th century,with the invasion of western capitalism,Northeast China gradually became a semi-colonial and semi-feudal society,and the foreign powers began to frantically plunder agricultural resources in Northeast China.Affected by the backward agricultural production technology and natural disasters,Northeast China is facing serious agricultural crisis.In order to solve the agricultural crisis,local governments in Northeast China started from the end of the Qing Dynasty,under the impetus of the national agricultural ideological trend and the policy of promoting agriculture,all parts of Northeast China set up agricultural test sites one after another to improve agricultural technology and promote excellent crop varieties,so as to solve the agricultural crisis and promote the development of agriculture.After the establishment of agricultural experimental farms in Northeast China,the operation mode and organizational structure of agricultural experimental farms in Northeast China have been improved,and the personnel structure has been set up more reasonably.As an important agricultural test institution in Northeast China,Northeast agricultural test Ground has carried out a series of agricultural test activities and obtained certain achievements.First of all,in terms of agricultural science and technology activities,crop breeding,forestry improvement,animal husbandry improvement and other activities were carried out.The agricultural test ground cultivated by introducing excellent crop varieties from abroad to select crops suitable for growing in Northeast China.In the field of planting experiment,forestry improvement and animal husbandry improvement,a large number of excellent tree species and poultry have been cultivated in horticultural areas and pastoral farms,and poultry and imported varieties in northeast China have been propagated and improved at the same time.Thirdly,in view of the low agricultural knowledge and backward agricultural technology of farmers in Northeast China,we undertook the important task of popularizing agricultural knowledge of farmers.Through agricultural speeches,we conducted agricultural technology exchanges,established agricultural schools,taught farmers agricultural knowledge,popularized modern agricultural scientific and technological knowledge in Northeast China,and cultivated a group of specialized agricultural talents.While the Northeast agricultural test ground has made some achievements,there are also many problems.First,technology is limited,innovation is insufficient,many improvement plans are difficult to implement;Secondly,there are too many tests and insufficient promotion,so the test results can not exert the maximum effect.Finally,there is poor management.There is official corruption and poor management,which makes the operation of the test site difficult to sustain.The effect and limitation of Northeast agricultural test ground are the valuable wealth of agricultural development in northeast China today. |
