Study On Combat Service Work In The Liberated Areas Of Jin-Cha-Ji During The Liberation War

During the Anti-Japanese War period,the anti-Japanese base area in Jin-Cha-Ji always adhered to the mass line of the Party and was praised as "the model anti-Japanese base area behind enemy lines and the model area of the united front".To the liberation War period,the liberated area of Jin-Cha-Ji became a main battlefield of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party,in order to ensure the victory of the war,the liberated area of Jin-Cha-Ji under the leadership of the Communist Party and various offices,actively respond to the call of the superior,effectively organized the mass of the public to support the front.In this process,although there are problems,but timely correction,made great achievements.War service is accompanied by war.It is a general term for all the work carried out in the rear of the border area for fighting,and it is a key factor for winning the war.During the War of Liberation,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China and various administrative departments,the people in the Jin-Cha-Ji region made great contributions to the smooth progress of the war of liberation through militia participation,migrant workers’ stretchers,service transportation,labor and agriculture,women’s service and other ways,which enriched the connotation of the people’s war and accumulated valuable historical experience.This paper takes the liberated area of Jin-Cha-Ji as the research,from four aspects to discuss.The introduction introduces the significance of the topic,research methods,innovations,key and difficult points,research status and the definition of related concepts.The first chapter analyzes the general situation of the combat service mechanism in the liberated area of Jin-Cha-Ji,setting up the county logistics command post,the district logistics command post at all levels,and the village combat service production committee under the leadership of the military command and the sub-district logistics headquarters.The military,county,district and village combat service organizations at four levels have been set up successively,forming a comprehensive network form.And the border area issued a variety of laws and regulations for protection,thus cut into the liberated areas of Jin-Cha-Ji combat work.After the establishment of the war service mechanism,it is necessary to mobilize the main body of the war service work--the masses to participate in the war service work.In the second chapter,the public mobilization of the war service work is described in detail.Firstly,the necessity of the war service mobilization is explained from the political ideological understanding and the social reality at that time.The third chapter explains the main contents of the combat work from the five aspects of the army militia corps,the stretcher team of migrant workers,the transport of combat work,the labor and cultivation on behalf of migrant workers,and the service of women.Through the introduction of the supply organizations and standards set up by the militia migrant workers,it explains the supply of the militia migrant workers in the combat work.It makes readers have a considerable understanding of the combat work in the liberated areas of Jin-Cha-Ji.The fourth chapter focuses on the characteristics of the battle service work,the liberated area of Jin-Cha-Ji,the general public engaged in the battle service work in various campaigns has made significant achievements,the analysis of the formation of the characteristics of the battle service work,its main characteristics are: strong war service leading institutions,firm mass line,strict war service accounting and supervision system,pay attention to the management and education of migrant workers,reasonable reward and punishment system.Finally,the general overview of the war service work in the liberated area of Jin-Cha-Ji,and the experience and shortcomings of the war service work were analyzed.From the historical point of view,the Communist Party of China in the liberated area of Jin-Cha-Ji led the war service work brought us a lot of experience worth learning,such as to have a strong leadership core,to unify the war service cadres and the masses of the pre-support thought,To strengthen the management and education of migrant workers,to close the relationship between the army and the ground.This is a valuable asset that the Communist Party of China has led the people in their struggle,and it should be passed on in the new era,given full play to their unlimited creative ability.
