Research On The Soviet Union-aided North China Pharmaceutical Factory (1953-1960

The research in this article can be summarized from three levels: theory,practice,and reality.In order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the origin,development and evolution of comprehensive material painting,as well as the performance and application value of comprehensive materials in character themed painting,this article first elaborates on the characteristics of material character painting performance at different time periods from a theoretical perspective,starting from the use of comprehensive materials,material expression,and character painting.By selecting the material character paintings of artists such as Jean Dubfield and William de Cunning,this study analyzes how artists with vastly different styles use different materials to showcase the texture effects,visual language,material expression,etc.of their works,in order to deepen the theoretical research on the development of comprehensive material character painting from their own perspective.Secondly,in terms of practice,the author has created comprehensive material character paintings through her own practical research.During the experimental process from topic selection to material selection,she has continuously explored and attempted.On the basis of controlling the constant factor ’character’ theme,she distinguishes herself from traditional painting in terms of media and techniques.She compares comprehensive material character paintings with traditional character paintings and elaborates on the artistic value brought by comprehensive materials.On a practical level,I hope to contribute to the practice and development of comprehensive material character painting,and provide effective supplements to the understanding and development of contemporary comprehensive material character painting.
