| Yang Jun(1939-2010)is a famous Chinese pianist and educator.He was theformer director of the piano Department of the Central Conservatory of Music.Young Yang Jun due to outstanding talent,was selected to the Central Conservatory of Music affiliated high School piano major,with the love of the piano professional and hard work,piano performance level rapidly improved,after graduationfromuniversity to become a teacher of the Central Conservatory of Music pianodepartment.During his teaching career in the following decades,Yang Jun cultivated more piano players and educators.In his piano teaching philosophy,he paysspecial attention to the natural beauty in piano performance,as well as cultivating students’ self-confidence and so on.This paper summarizes and sorts out Yang Jun’s piano teaching by the method of literature and investigation,which is a summaryof his contribution to piano teaching in his life,and also an in-depth discussion of Yang Jun’s piano teaching theory.In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the first generation of piano educators at the Central Conservatory of Music,represented by Zhu Gongyi,trained outstanding successors for the Chinese piano industry.During Zhu Gongyi’s teaching career of over 40 years,the first generation of independently trained pianists and educators in China was born,and Yang Jun wasone of the outstanding piano students he trained.At the same time,Yang Jun also inherited the mantle of Zhu Gongyi and carried forward the Chinese piano teaching career.In terms of piano performance,Yang Jun participated in numerous performance activities,concerts,and recorded records;In terms of its teaching achievements,it has successively cultivated outstanding pianists such as Ju Jin,Tan Xiaotang,Sun Yan,Lin Ye,Guan Changxin,Fang Yi,etc.In addition,there are also a large number of outstanding students who have won awards in various piano competitions at home and abroad,achieving fruitful teaching results,and making important contributions to the education of piano music in China.This article adopts a research method that combines literature review and music history.On the basis of fully organizing Yang Jun’s student history,artistic achievements,and teaching achievements,it further elaborates on Yang Jun’s music theory fromseveral perspectives such as touch keys,pedal processing,strength training,and teacher demonstration,in order to provide a more comprehensive music teaching theory for the development and improvement of music theory.The main content of this master’s thesis is divided into four parts,with the firstpart being the introduction.The introduction section discusses why Yang Jun was chosen as the research object,under what background does the study of Yang Jun’s piano teaching theory have practical significance for us,and discusses the main content aspects of the entire paper using which research methods.The second part is the first chapter of the paper,which describes when Yang Jun went to piano learning and the process of piano teaching,that is,to sort out his pianoart life trajectory and analyze the source of his piano teaching theory.The third part is the second chapter of the paper,which mainly elaborates on Yang Jun’s characteristics in piano teaching philosophy.One is the performer’s relaxed nature,and the other is his understanding of the work.The fourth part is the third chapter of the paper,which mainly presents Yang Jun’s piano teaching achievements by sorting out the students he has taught as representatives.These students include winners of important international piano competitions and teachers who have worked in piano teaching positions in different professional colleges.By organizing the situation of the students taught by Yang Jun,the uniqueness of Yang Jun’s teaching can be demonstrated,in order to achieve the purpose of studying Yang Jun’s piano teaching.Yang Jun enjoys a high reputation in the Chinese piano circle.Among his students,there are many outstanding pianists,such as Juj,Tan Xiaotang,etc.He devoted himself to the piano art without dedicating his life to piano education.He has made outstanding practical achievements in piano teaching and research,and formed a set of piano IIteaching theory with unique characteristics of Yang Jun on this basis.From Mr.Yang Jun’s unique perspective of piano teaching,this paper will deeply understand and expound its connotation,hoping to find out more excellent teaching experience to improve the basic piano teaching,so as topush the Chinese piano performance art to a new height. |
