Study On The Compilation And Edition Of Yongxi Yuefu

Yongxi Yue Fu is an important collection of songs.In the four periods of the Ming Dynasty,it is divided into the preface of Jiajing Xinmao(Ten Years,1531),the preface of Jiajing Gengzi(Nineteen years,1540),the preface of Jiajing Bingyin(forty-five years,1566),and the thirteen volumes of Haixi Guangshi.The existing version,though a hybrid,does not fall into these four categories.The original edition of Yongxi Yue Fu was written by Guo Xun.The existing two complete editions of Yongxi Yue Fu are stored in Taiwan,and a supplementary edition is stored in Peking University Library.The reasons for Guo Xun to print Yongxi Yue Fu are the emergence of a large number of songs,the political appeal of the king and the minister,and Guo Xun’s sanqu experience.Wang Yan was the author of the preface to his ancestor,but little was known about him in the academic world before.Today’s research shows that Wang Yan,styled Junshi and styled Chunquan Jushi,was born in Yunhe County,Zhezhou Prefecture,Zhejiang Province.He was elegant and good at literature and art,and made many friends with nobles and famous men at that time,who was active in the reign of Zhengde to Jiajing.The Yongxi Yue Fu Chronicle of Gengzi in Jiajing City is provided by King Zhu Xianrong of Chu.Only a few copies of this edition are still available.The Chinese Reproduced Reproduced and Edited has been photocopied out of the collection of Peking University Library.Zhu Xianrong’s character of loving Qu Feasting and his learning of Qu is the reason why he reprinted Yongxi Yue Fu.The so-called postscript of Wang Guowei’s Yongxi Yue Fu is being published in the Gengzi Preface of Jiajing.The postscript was originally from Wang Guowei’s four knowledge languages,which was wantonly separated and pieced together by later generations,resulting in the disordered content of the postscript.Yongxi Yue Fu Jiajing Bingyin Ansu Chunshan Preface is now the most widely collected,but the academic circle mistakenly defines the Continuation of the Four Series as Jiajing Bingyin preface.According to the new historical data research: Jing Ju,the word Zhongren,the name Chunshan Jushi,Baoding Fu Ansu County.The 13 volumes of Yongxi Yue Fu were written by Hiroshi Haixi and are now available in the National Library,Shanghai Library and the Imperial Palace in Taipei.This edition has attracted much attention because it was included in the General Catalogue of the Four Libraries.On the basis of the above problems,by comparing the similarities and differences of the editions,especially the engraved fonts,the origin and complement of the editions of Jiajing Xinmao Sequence,the Continuation of the Four-part Series,the old editions of Wu Mei in the National Library,and the 13 volumes of the Guangshi edition in Haixi are identified to determine the editions pedigree.The 13 volumes of Yongxi Yue Fu compiled by Guangshi Haixi are very special.The 20 volumes of Qu texts have been deleted by a large measure and the arrangement style has been adjusted.In particular,it has been manifested as the emphasis on romantic Qu,the worship of northern Qu and the use of melodies.Such a change is not just a result of Hiroshi Hayashi’s personal preference,but a result of the influence of many complex factors such as the change of music fashion,the editor’s idea,the deconstruction of music styles.
