Practice And Thinking Of The Community Of Human Destiny Under The Situation Of COVID-19

In 2012,the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)first proposed the vision of building a community with a shared future for mankind,which has led to the rise of domestic and international studies and discussions on a community with a shared future for mankind and common values.At the present stage,scholars from different fields and disciplines have conducted comprehensive and systematic researches on the concept of community of human destiny by using differentiated theoretical systems and frameworks,and obtained multi-level and multi-angle interpretations of the theory.The gradually forming theory is of positive significance to the construction of the vision of promoting the community of common destiny.But from the global perspective,the concept of the community of shared future for mankind is mainly focused on the theoretical level,and the common practice of promoting the global linkage of the community of shared future for mankind is far from enough.Entering the new century,we see that the earth’s state environment is gradually deteriorating,the survival of human beings is suffering from an unprecedented crisis,the global international order is constantly facing shocks and challenges,and various risks are becoming increasingly prominent.Looking around the world,we are now facing profound changes unseen in a century,and it is urgent to advance the implementation of a community with a shared future for mankind.In view of the above background,based on the existing theoretical basis of the community with a shared future for mankind,this paper analyzes and discusses the international practice of the community with a shared future in the context of COVID-19 from the perspective of the actual situation of the current global OUTBREAK of COVID-19.Combining with marxist value philosophy,this paper examines the thought and theoretical origin of the community of human destiny,and further combs the philosophical value and practical status quo of the community of human destiny.In the process of research,this paper USES the quantitative analysis,literature analysis and comparative analysis and other research methods,the new crown outbreak of the current global focus on system is discussed,by countries in such aspects as the epidemic prevention and control work and practice,the perspective of countries in the face of the epidemic prevention and control work health and epidemic prevention,summed up in the new crown epidemic situation the concept of human destiny community experience.It also puts forward new thoughts on promoting the practice of a community with a shared future for mankind under the situation of COVID-19 from the theoretical,realistic and development aspects of Marx’s theory.At the same time,by analyzing the changes and challenges of the current international order in the era of COVID-19,it summarizes the practical dilemma of the current practice of the community of shared future for mankind.Based on the above reasons,the paper puts forward specific measures on how to build a community of shared future for mankind in the global anti-epidemic practice from the aspects of building a community of symbiotic values,ecological governance and global governance,and strives to provide more help and reference for similar researches in the future.
