revitalization, adhere to the priority of agricultural and rural development, consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, accelerate the construction of a powerful agricultural country, and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries, talents, culture, ecology, and organizations","improve the modern public cultural service system, and implement the strategy of driving sports, tourism and leisure, elderly care and childcare, information intermediaries and other life services, and implement high-quality projects for rural leisure tourism".The industrial role of rural cultural and tourism industry in promoting rural revitalization is highly valued.Cultural and tourism integration is a requirement of the times.Through cultural and tourism integration and model innovation, cultural and tourism reform and development can be effectively promoted. In the development of cultural and tourism projects in various regions, the integration of cultural and tourism industry projects has become an important driver of rural revitalization strategy, with significant practical significance and era value.Rural cultural and tourism is a major driving force for rural revitalization. The integrated development of cultural and tourism in traditional villages is closely related to various aspects such as rural development, farmers’ income increase, and agricultural modernization.Currently, their promotion of rural society and the improvement of local residents’ income are all by-products based on tourism activities and cultural heritage. The integration of culture and tourism involves the reconstruction of rural society, economy, culture, ecology and other aspects. It has become an important starting point for rural revitalization and an important channel for rural consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements. The historical and cultural villages on the Qilu Ancient Road are well-known nationwide, and have unique advantages in the cultural inheritance of traditional villages, promoting tourism through culture, and promoting rural revitalization through cultural tourism integration. On March 19,2023,the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, and other six departments jointly issued a notice on the publication of the sixth batch of villages included in the list of traditional Chinese villages.Among them,43 villages in Shandong were selected. The selected cases in this article are the "One Line Five Villages" of Great Wall of Qi,including Lujialing Village and Zhongfashan Village. The research on the integration of traditional village culture and tourism to promote rural revitalization is typical and representative.Under this background, based on the theories of cultural reproduction, industrial integration and sustainable development, this paper takes the traditional village of Great Wall of Qi as the research object, and focuses on the integration of culture and tourism to promote rural revitalization. The article first follows up on the development of cultural tourism in the "first line and five villages" of Great Wall of Qi for a long time, interpreting its experience and shortcomings in promoting rural revitalization through cultural and tourism integration. Then,it analyzes and evaluates the common problems of traditional village cultural and tourism integration promoting rural revitalization in China in this case, analyzes the reasons that restrict cultural and tourism integration promoting rural revitalization, and proposes countermeasures for this article based on this. This article conducts a three-month judgment sampling survey through participatory observation,in-depth interviews, questionnaire surveys, and other methods to summarize the development process of the "first line and five villages" of the Great Wall of Qi.It also sorts out the current situation of natural and cultural resources, tourism resources, and cultural tourism integration promoting rural revitalization and development.Based on comprehensive analysis,Summarize the current problems in the process of promoting rural revitalization through the integration of culture and tourism in the "first line and five villages" of the Great Wall of Qi,such as a lack of unified planning and guidance, difficulty in implementing policy support, incomplete infrastructure, insufficient village protection, and insufficient technological empowerment;Trace the reasons for its occurrence, including insufficient understanding of concepts, weak financial and talent support,non-standard management systems, and insufficient exploration of "local knowledge";On this basis,it is proposed to optimize the structure of cultural and tourism products, deeply tap rural cultural resources, strengthen the empowerment of scientific and technological innovation, improve the construction of institutional mechanisms, and increase the construction of rural talent teams in traditional village cultural and tourism integration to promote rural revitalization and development.Traditional villages form a close relationship in history, culture, ecology and landscape, but farmers live in relative poverty due to inconvenient transportation and slow economic development. With the construction of national cultural centers and the implementation of cultural tourism integration policies, while traditional villages are rapidly rising, they are also facing new opportunities and challenges for development. How to combine cultural protection with tourism in traditional villages, how to make good use of tourism resources such as historical and cultural heritage in traditional villages, coordinate the relationship between protection and development, and assist in rural revitalization are currently urgent issues that need to be solved, and are also the focus of this project’s research.
