Research On Art Healing Children’s Picture Book Design In The Post Epidemic Era

The COVID-19 epidemic has left a psychological imprint on many people,especially children with low affordability.With the advent of the post epidemic era,the psychological health problems of children have attracted the attention of psychologists and all sectors of society.Due to the impact on children’s learning,going out,and living during special periods,negative emotions such as anxiety and depression have been exacerbated,leading to an increasing demand for artistic healing throughout society.This paper summarizes the origins and concepts of children’s picture books and art therapy in the context of the post epidemic era,explains the characteristics and development status of art therapy for children’s picture books,and analyzes the principles of children’s picture books in treating psychological problems from the perspective of art therapy.According to the causes of children’s psychological problems in the post epidemic era,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the target population,sort out and analyze the psychological demands of the target population,and explore the feasibility of using child picture books in the post epidemic era.At the same time,the case analysis method is used to analyze the artistic healing effects of three classic picture books.Based on the above exploration and summary,the visual performance and cognitive feelings of artistic healing picture books are analyzed from four aspects: graphics,text,color,and material.Finally,six design processes are conceived,including reading objects,expressing themes,writing scripts,story images,layout editing,and material selection and production,to complete the series of picture books "Tell You Quietly".Visual images are closer to our subconscious mind.This thesis conducts exploratory research on children’s picture books in the hope that their research results can effectively and effectively heal psychological trauma.Psychotherapy is no longer limited to communication alone,and using picture books as a medium is also a good choice.
