The Research Of The History And Experience To The Literary And Artistic Work Since The Reform And Opening Up Which The Communist Party Of China Has Led

The literary and artistic front is important for the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the people.In the course of leading the construction of the arts and culture since the reform and opening up,the CPC has always insisted on building the arts and culture around the central work of the CPC and the State.The CPC has given full play to the function of literature and the arts in mobilising,educating and organising the masses of people,promoting social progress and enriching the spiritual life of the people through the work of literature and the arts,as well as exploring a path for the development of literature and the arts that is guided by Marxism,based on China’s origins and exalting the people’s character.Since the 18 th Party Congress,Xi Jinping has attached a great importance to the work of literature and the arts,clearly pointing out the indispensable status and role of literature and the arts in promoting the "two hundred years" goal and the "Chinese Dream".The 20 th Party Congress,standing at the new starting point of the comprehensive launch of the second century’s goal,pointed the way forward for the further development of literature and the arts with its call to action to "forge new glories in socialist culture".A systematic review of the practical exploration of literary and artistic work led by the Chinese Communist Party since the reform and opening up of China,and a profound analysis and summary of the historical experience of Chinese literary and artistic work over the past 45 years since the reform and opening up of China,can help deepen the analysis of the sinicization of Marxist literary and artistic theory,and is of great significance to the creative practice and theoretical innovation of socialist literary and artistic work on the new journey.This article mainly uses the research methods of documentary collation and comparison,logical analysis and historical unification to launch a study of the Party-led work in literature and the arts since the reform and opening up from the following three aspects.Firstly,the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of the study are explained from two aspects: firstly,the concept,nature and role of literature and art are outlined,and the relationship between literature and art,culture and spiritual civilisation is explained;secondly,theoretical resources such as Marx and Engels’ thoughts on literature and art,Lenin’s thoughts on culture and literature and art,Mao Zedong’s thoughts on literature and art and the thoughts on literature and art in the excellent Chinese traditional culture are analysed to provide a basis for the study of this will lay a solid theoretical foundation for the study of the history and experience of the CPC in leading the work of literature and the arts since the reform and opening up.Secondly,it compares the development of the CPC’s leadership of the arts and culture since the reform and opening up of China from a historical perspective.It analyses and examines the policy documents on literary and artistic work formulated and promulgated by the Party and the government,the important statements,speeches and reports on literary and artistic issues delivered by Party and state leaders,as well as the interpretation and practical content of literary and artistic issues by literary and artistic organisations,literary and artistic publications and relevant academic institutions.Taking the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC,the 14 th Party Congress and the 18 th Party Congress as key points,the work on literature and art led by the CPC since reform and opening up is divided into three stages of development,namely the stage of reflection and reconstruction,the stage of transformation and development,and the stage of keeping the righteousness and innovation in the work on literature and art led by the CPC.The main focus is on a systematic study of the background to the development of literary and artistic work led by the CPC in the three different stages of development,the representative guiding ideologies and the specific practices of literary and artistic policies,providing a more comprehensive overview of the Party’s leadership of literary and artistic work since reform and opening up.Finally,this research concludes with a summary of the basic experience of the CPC’s historic achievements in leading literature and art since the reform and opening up.It also analyses the practical logic of "why people","what to write","how to write" and "how to judge" in literature and art.It also analyses the practical logic of "why people," "what to write," "how to write," and "how to judge" in terms of the basic experience of the CPC’s leadership in literature and the arts since the reform and opening up of China.
