A Study On Contemporary Performance Of "Magnificent Fantasy" Chu Dance

Chu dance is based on historical records and unearthed cultural relics in Chinese history.It originated from the dance art in the territory of Chu in the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States Period.As one of the period of warring states,chu has formed unique history and culture of chu,also known as "chu culture",chu dance is the human body in the chu culture as art form,has a unique attractions too style characteristic,romantic and colorful aesthetic significance,but also laid the dance the basic form of the ancient Chinese women,In the second peak period of ancient Chinese dance history,han Dynasty dance obviously continued the graceful style of Chu dance.Chu dance is divided into sorcery dance,court dance,wenwu dance,wu dance and excellent dance.Although the forms of expression are different,they have roughly the same morphological characteristics and artistic characteristics.The beauty of lines,strong sense of rhythm,long sleeves and body bend are reflected in these categories.In the research of this paper,based on the existing theoretical basis of previous studies on The Chu dance,the focus of the research is placed on the contemporary creation of The Chu dance,so as to provide theoretical support for the subsequent study of the Chu dance performance creation.Starting from the study of historical documents,through the field investigation and visits in Changsha,Wuhan,Zhengzhou and Nanyang,combined with their own practical and creative experience,the original work "Chu · Sao" was compiled and created,making a modest contribution to the inheritance and innovation of contemporary Chu dance.
