| Every Treasure Tells a Story,produced by CCTV,is a 100 episode micro documentary recording Chinese traditional cultural relics.Based on the theory of narratology and combined with the modern cultural context,this paper makes a narrative analysis of Every Treasure Tells a Story from six aspects: narrative language,narrative time and space,narrative structure,narrative picture,narrative voice and narrative perspective.Summed up the Every Treasure Tells a Story has several prominent narrative characteristics: 1.The narrative language embodies the characteristics of polysemy,uncertainty and defamiliarization,and has a strong poetic language color;2.The use of modern narrative techniques in narrative time and space and narrative perspective reflects the flexibility beyond the traditional documentary;3.The picture and sound add modern scientific and technological elements,dispel the seriousness and conform to the trend of contemporary cultural expression.It meets the preferences of young groups from multiple perspectives of narratology.From the perspective of culture,Every Treasure Tells a Story has a strong modernist cultural color.It not only reflects a strong traditional cultural heritage,but also carries out modern innovation and transformation of culture through various narrative means.It is a good example for other cultural works to foothold in modern times.On the one hand,this paper explores the path of the integration of Chinese excellent culture and modern aesthetic communication environment,which is as follows: 1.Deeply excavate the commonness between traditional culture and modern culture,and use the commonness to arouse the emotional resonance of the audience;2.Actively use modern narrative and narrative means to make traditional culture truly modern and radiate new vitality;3.Concretize the cultural spirit and connotation,create impressive cultural symbols at the two levels of content and works,and improve the influence and dissemination of culture.On the other hand,combine modern new narrative theory with micro documentary to explore how micro documentary and even film and television cultural works can go further on the road of the new era. |
