The empowerment of technology allows everyone to participate in the creation of popular culture.As an important manifestation of participatory culture and an important cultural consumption phenomenon in the field of youth subculture,the emergence and development of contemporary doujin culture also arises with the development of the Internet.With the expansion of fan groups and the huge influence brought by their media practices,it is of great significance to deeply understand how fan participants in my country conduct cultural production and self-expression through media practices to guide their healthy development.This paper takes Jenkins’ theory of "participatory culture" as the research background,takes the online and offline production and dissemination practice of Chinese doujin culture as the research object,uses the method of participatory observation and text analysis,and combines the subculture theory of the Birmingham School to analyze my country’s doujin culture.The development status of doujin culture,the characteristics and identity construction of fan groups,communication mechanisms and values,etc.are summarized and discussed.The study found that driven by a variety of factors,my country’s doujin culture groups actively engage in fan participation practices,and gain recognition from others through exchanges and interactions with others to achieve identity and construction from individuals to groups;the development of new media technology has enriched The expression form of Chinese doujin culture.Doujin culture is spread through online and offline linkage paths through collage,reorganization,and cross-media narration,using media texts such as text,video,and audio as carriers.The integration and development trend of doujin and mainstream culture is increasingly prominent,but there are also many problems in the process of its development and dissemination.It requires the coordination and cooperation of various forces such as the state,society,and individuals to jointly promote the healthy and healthy development of doujin culture. |
